"How do you keep an oath?"

"I cannot say, how?"

"By ruining your life at its bidding. Taking a knife in the heart, taking a bullet. Breaking a heart at its behest. Endeavoring and Exhausting yourself to death as though bringing a stillborn back to life."

*

"How do you break a promise?"

"How?"

"Easily."

"How?"

"By withdrawing from it, by running away. Plunging it down till it's rendered meaningless. Much like drowning a woman to her death. She thrashes about in cold murky water, begging for life, reaching for mercy,  but you grant none so she loses breath- then, buoyancy- at once stilling. Eventually, she sinks away."

A/N: Please, please please do not add this book to your library if you haven't read The Unchaste and The Invictus because that way, it will be meaningless in most parts, and would feel as though you are going through a mostly loopy, stupid jumble of paragraphs.

If you HAVE been following The Unchaste and The Invictus, add this book to your libraries but only if you have that amount of patience with me because- HAHA! -my updating schedule :)

Thank You.

You've reached the end of published parts.
