However this work made him a target for criminals. Read lost his mother while he was still young. After the death of his mother, his father was never the same.
He turned into what Brit called a "cold-hearted b******", nd he used to be his hero."Brit: " Dad became this way right after mom died. She was his love, his everything. But after she passed, it broke my dad inside. He stopped being the man we both once knew.
Is dad would tell him that bees and Wasps sting in self defense to protect their home or themselves. But hornets, they Sting for the hell of it. Is dad once told him if he ever encountered a hornet, he'd better run the other way!
This would cause brit to develop two personas. Green hornet and killer wasp.
In school, Brent was always hi class and break student. But he would get picked on from time to time.
This wood cause Brit to go into what he calls, "wasp mode". He would beat up anyone who picked on him in self-defense, "hornet mode" He would prey on the kids who preyed on him! One kid got put in the hospital and Brit was nearly expelled. since his dad was a multi-billionaire, that never happened.
Brent was transferred to another school where they have a zero tolerance policy. No bullying! No rule breakers! And no school outcasts! He continued to go to those kind of schools all the way up until his high school days.
But 1 day tragedy nearly struck Brit down into a fight with his dad, which resulted in Britt. Read putting him in a coma and leaving him hospital or house bound. Britney began to beat on his dad with all his rage and all his fury. Telling him that he was a b****** and he should have died along with his mom instead he took out all his frustration out on him.
Once he dies, he's taking over everything. And as of today he has no more parental authority over him. None when he dies and joins the army. He takes all that with him because he's grown now.
Brent tried to do the one thing he could do in order to escape the toxicity of this father. He joined the u s army.
After serving an military for few years it was time to head home. Unfortunately is dad had passed away from a stroke. Print did attend the funeral. Like he still can shake all the bad times he's had with his dad. The only good things he had with his father was from when his mother was still alive.
All his dad left behind was all the negativity inflicted on him. Only good thing he left behind was that he always wanted to tell the truth and expose the truth.
And after his father's death he inherited his fortune and the business.
The first thing on the list was figure out how to take down crime.
Unfortunately, this would not go on unnoticed. Brit would Text threatening calls from mobsters telling him to stay out of their business. And he should reconsider the daily sentinel. Put Britt Reed wasn't having it. He would tell the monsters to go f themselves and he will not stop until they face Justice and then hangs up the phone!
In his mansion Brit read would think to himself, how do you stop crime and in justice? That's when Kato shows up.
Cato would tell britt that in japan If conventional methods don't work, there is another way. You take down your enemies by striking from the shadows.
This is where brit reid got his idea and plans.
1. Everything has to be done under the radar plus behind the scenes.
2. Once you have enough evidence against these criminals make sure they stick!
3. When taking down crime always start at the top and then work your way down. Or vice versa.
4. Criminals are like's spiders. They have eyes everywhere.
And so should green hornet. While cato is o k with these plans, he knows that brit has his own problems.
1. Problems with authority.
Sometimes green hornet is a wild card. Hornet never follows orders nor takes advice from anyone! Green Hornet ensures that he is always in control. Even when things don't go his way. That's the number one rule about reid a k a green hornet never approach him with authority!
2. Britt is incredibly stubborn and won't stop until he gets the job done.
There is no reasoning with the sky. Once his mind is made up its made up. There's no talking amount of it. Any attempts may result in him lasting out with violence. There is no agree to disagree with read it's only agree or die! Any disagreements won't be tolerated.
3. Britt Reid is always willing to run head first in to danger.
Since his dad is always trying to get the truth out. Even at the cost of his own life, brit reid inherited this from his father.
4. Ritt could always be walking around with a target on his back if he stuck his nose in criminals businesses.
Kato may have vowed to be loyal. But he doesn't want to see his friend get himself killed.
Brit would tell Kato The problem with the city is full on corruption.
Too many crime bosses and too many cops are in their pockets!Kato would tell brit there is a way to take down crime for good. Britt would ask, how would you do that?
In japan when conventional methods don't work you strike from the shadows.
(Before we end the chapter)
Green Hornet is a comic hero that began in the 1940s. He has done crossovers with Batman on the TV show and in the comics, even made a cameo.
Since Bruce Lee played Cato in the 1960s TV show, he grabbed all the attention. This pan fiction helps the ma character hold on to the spotlight. In the movie, Brit read said to Cato that he was just jealous of him. He's way better at this vigilance stuff than he was.
That was the big problem in that Green Hornet movie that came out back in 2011. Brit reid was only jealous of him. Britt reed is also a distant relative of the loan ranger, so that's should give him some confidence being related to a Legendary vigilante.
