Flags pt 2

"The fuck took so long?" Cj said looking at me with a serious face.
"I-I was taking pictures. You wanna see?" I said back to him as I unlocked my phone

I handed him my phone and he swiped through the photos.

"Mhm. Look good. What you was doing up there though?" he said passing the phone back to me.

"I used the bathroom and took some pictures what else could I be doing up there?" I replied annoyed

He shook his head as he blew out smoke from his second blunt. "Don't do that shit nomo." He said blatantly

I scrunched my face up at him and turned my body to start talking to Sahara since Nico had gotten up.

This nigga is a sour patch kid and I don't like how he talks to me. After today I'm ghosting him. I didn't even do shit and he has an attitude . It's like one minute he's nice and sweet and the next he says the weirdest shit ever.

"We finna go though." I said to Cj

Cj looked over at me "Why? Stay wit me" he said

I wanna be anywhere but with this nigga right now. He just don't know this his last day talking to me.

"I got work in the morning." I lied

"Mmcht ight come on" he said standing up and holding his hand out for me to grab. I ignored his hand and he put it in his pocket and led Sahara and I toward the door.

"Bae where you goin'?" Nico called out to Sahara from the kitchen.
She laughed. "Boy I'm not yo bae. But we finna go home."
Nico rushed over to her. "Put yo number in my phone." He said handing her his phone. She did as he asked and we left out of the apartment.

We made it to the elevator and waiting for the doors to open up.

"Imma see you tomorrow?" Cj asked me with his hands in his pants

"Ion know yet" I said not looking at him
"Yea you is" he said back before pressing the elevator buttons again repeatedly.

I didn't say anything back until the elevator doors finally opened and the tall boy I saw by the bathroom earlier came walking out. Our eyes met but I tried to look away. He discreetly licked his bottom lip before dapping up Cj and walked back into the apartment.

We all got on the elevator and Cj walked us to Sahara's car. I went to open the door get in the car without telling Cj goodbye before he pulled me by my arm into his chest. "Wassup wit you? You not gone say bye?" he snapped. "My bad I'm just tired" I said back twisting my lips.

He wrapped his arm around my waist and leaned down planting a kiss on my lips. His body heat and minty breath against mine sent a tingle in my lower stomach, like butterflies or something. I was not expecting that but I did like it.

"Call me when you get home mama." He said before walking back to the elevator to go back upstairs.
