Happy reading, I hope you all like my story.

~~*****~~

After a long, tiring day fighting wanderer, you and Sylus step out into the snowy night, craving a moment of peace. The crisp air feels refreshing against your skin, and the snowflakes lightly dust your hair and coats. You walk close together, your hands entwined, sharing warmth despite the cold.

The sky is dark, with thick clouds obscuring the stars, and soft snowflakes gently fall from the sky, drifting slowly and soundlessly to the ground. The snow glistens under the dim light of a distant streetlamp, casting a soft, warm glow on the scene.

As you two make your way down a quiet street, the Linkon city is now transformed into a winter wonderland. The snow crunches softly underfoot, and your breath forms small clouds in the chilly air.

Sylus notices you've stopped and looks at you with a curious look. "What's up? Why'd we stop?" he asks, his breath visible in the crisp air.

You gesture to the snow-covered ground and the falling flakes. "I just wanted to take it all in," you reply, your voice filled with wonder. "It's so beautiful out here."

He chuckles and asks, "You seem really happy. What's making you so cheerful?"

You pause for a moment, trying to put your feelings into words. "It's just—there's something about the snow and the quiet that feels so calming. It's like everything else fades away, and I'm just here, enjoying this peaceful moment."

He looks around, "well, I didn't really think about it that way," he says, his tone thoughtful. "You always have interesting ways of thinking, sweetie".

As the playful energy fades, you both fall into a comfortable silence, the only sounds coming from the gentle crunch of snow beneath your feet and the soft whisper of the falling flakes. You walk side by side, wrapped in the quiet of the night, but your thoughts begin to swirl.

After a few moments, you gather your courage and glance at Sylus, his face partially illuminated by the streetlamp's glow. "Can I ask you something?" you say softly, your voice almost hesitant.

He looks at you with a smirk and curious looks. "oh? What's on your mind?"

You take a deep breath, trying to find the right words. "I was just wondering...how are you feeling right now? I mean, about everything—us, tonight, just...in general."

He smirks playfully, tilting his head as he looks at you. "Oh, so now you're asking about my feelings? I thought you didn't care, kitten" he teases, his tone light but with a hint of mock seriousness.

You let out a small sigh, feeling a bit awkward. "Honestly? I'm not even sure why I asked about your feelings. It just... came out, and now I'm wondering if it was a weird thing to bring up."

He stops walking for a moment, turning to face you, "It's not weird at all,". "Sometimes we just ask questions because we're in a certain mood or because something in the moment makes us curious. It doesn't always need to have a big reason behind it."

You bite your lip, still feeling a little awkward but relieved by his understanding. "I guess I was just caught up in the moment, and then I started overthinking everything. Sorry if that sound weird"

He chuckles, shaking his head. "You're not weird. You're just you, the curious kitten." he teases, his eyes sparkling with mischief.

You can't help but roll your eyes, "Curious kitten? Really?" though a smile tugs at your lips.

Sylus nods, his grin widening. "Yep! Always poking around, wanting to know what's going on in my head. It's kind of cute, actually."

You groan, half-laughing, half-embarrassed. "Oh, please, Can't you stop?"
