A week passed, and it was time to head for Christmas break. Everyone dragged their trunks down to the carriages waiting for the head of the house to signal them to depart.

"Delia, are you sure your parents and sister won't mind me bunking in with you for the first week? I can always stay here and floo to the potter's on the day we are supposed to." I enquired Cordelia for the 10th time this week.

"Hon, it's fine by my parents and they are happy to have you there. Also, I need my peace in the insane house. A warning thou, if my sister tries to grab you and try to make a reading do not freak out, she's been having these recent episodes with the seer ability trying to resist her soul for god knows what reason." Delia said with a shaky smile.

"Yeah no problem she has it in the future too," I said in a whisper, as Lily walked by us.

We all hopped onto the carriage and headed to the Hogsmeade station to board the Hogwarts Express for a memorable Christmas, well especially for Eleanor.

Now the problem was how to fit everyone in a single compartment.

"Guys guys!! Wait we are clogging the aisle for others let's take the two compartments first and once all other students are settled we try fitting all in systematically into this compartment." Ellie shouted over the bickering between Lily and James, Mary and Millie, and Peter chugging in sweets noisily.

"Elle is right." Remus backed her up.

And everyone divided into two compartments the girls in one and the marauders in one.

"Well Elle your use of words sometimes surprises me, as a muggleborn myself I have never heard a lot of your words" Lily quizzed a bit suspicious as she heard Ellie and delia whispering earlier in the courtyard.
"Uh... Lily my vocabulary is quite affected due to my upbringing in the States as my father is a lecturer at Boston University and I have been reading English literature from quite a young age, that is why I guess Regulus got confused on the first day of the train." elle replied smoothly knowing this would let lily off my back.

"You should stay away from Reg, El. He might look harmless but he is as dangerous as Lily thinks Snivellous is," Millie scoffed.

"I will Mils, you don't need to worry." Elle Assured.

The girls waited an hour before getting up and moving towards the Marauders compartment. Mary slid open the door to find Remus in the far right corner of the seat endorsed in his book. Peter was already dozing off in the seat opposite him. James nearest to the door was busy playing with the snitch and Sirius opposite him was trying to fit in different Bertie botts beans in Peter's open mouth.

"Lily why don't you go sit near Rem, Millie you plop down between Pettigrew and Black, Marls you sit on Millie's lap I guess, Jamie dear do you mind if Del sits on yours don't make her uncomfortable thou, Dellie-darl, if you fine with it. Cool now Mary you can plop on Lily's lap. Remus hon, you need to close that book and move a little toward the window, yeah that's awesome, someone wake Pettigrew for god's sake his snores are annoying. Thank you, Black. Ok, Alice is with Frank so we'll make her space after if we need and now I'm left. Great!!" Ellie rasped out making the seating plan so that everyone was comfortable and seated but she didn't realize that there was no vacant seat unless it was to sit on Sirius' or Remus' lap.

"You can sit here if you want" Sirius suggested quietly pointing to his lap "or Remus can have Lily sit on his so that there is space for you to sit beside Delia"

"No, it's ok Remus looks already too uncomfortable cause his height I'll just sit umm... Here if you ok with it." Eleanor said trying to control the blush that was building up.

She slowly plopped on his lap trying to find a comfortable position, "Elle I would suggest less moving, you don't want me to have a hard-on. Do you?" Sirius Whispered in a low voice.

Blush creeping up her neck by his deep voice and suggestive words. "I would like it if you kept it in your pants, Black. And I was finding a better position to be comfortable for the next few hours." Elle replied hotly.

Sirius twisted his body leaning back to the compartment door wall and pulling Ellie sideways so that she could lean into his chest and be comfortable, also discreetly wrapping his arms against her waist to avoid her from slipping and falling if the train comes to an abrupt stop.

Once everyone was comfortable and settled they started playing games and singing songs to pass their time and live in the moment of their last teenage years.
