Bruce pov:

I had just got back from school and I didn't see Vance at all there. So I decided to go to my home phone and call his home number. His mum picked up. "Hello?" She said, so I replied "hey miss hopper! I was calling because Vance wasn't in today?" Ever since me and Vance got together he started coming to school to see me. So why not today? "Oh Bruce! Hello! Vance wasn't in today as he's down ill and you know me. Don't want anyone else catching it!" Oh. I was wondering why as she hates when he misses school. "Think I can come over and see him? I'll bring some soup!" "How sweet of you! If only my Vance was this sweet. Of course you can we'd be happy to have you over. Especially Vance. You know how he is." She said as I chuckled.

Later

Vances pov :

I was led in bed staring at the ceiling bored. Why was I the ill one?? When I'm done I'm beating whoever gave me this cold up. I was about to go on my phone till I heard the door go. I was really confused till I head my mum call up. "VANCE YOUR BOYFRIEND IS HERE!! IM SENDING HIM UPPP" BRUCE WAS HERE!? Why now of all times?? It's a mess in here! I heard him walking up the stairs while I quickly tried tidying. And when I say tidying I mean chucking whatever looked messy in my wardrobe. As he opens the door I jump back on my bed. "Uh heyyy brucie" he looked at me "brucie? That's new" he chucked "I brought you soup!" He said giving it to me "thank you!" I patted the side of my bed and ate it as he sat by me. Not long later I finished it putting it up on my desk side. "How you feeling then?" Bruce asked. "Better now you're here" I smiled laying down on my side of the bed as he led down by me "that was so cheesy" he said while laughing. "I know but you laughed so-" I was about to finish my sentence before Bruce pulled me over to him hugging me. I hugged him back tightly. Not even a piece of paper could squeeze in between us two. My face was buried into his chest. It's was nice for a while "Bruce-" "five more minutes" he whined "I can't breatheee" I whined back and he let go a bit "there. Now sleep" he said as I smiled eventually falling asleep. Eventually Bruce did too. And I ended up feeling better the next morning.
