The morning sun filtered through the branches of the ThunderClan camp, casting dappled patterns on the ground. The previous day's events had left Sorrelpaw feeling exhausted and sore. She remained curled up behind Iceclaw, her belly still a bit tender from Ivyfrost's force-feeding. Iceclaw's comforting presence had helped her rest, but she was still anxious about what might happen next.
Just as Sorrelpaw thought she might be able to find some peace, Ivyfrost's shadow fell over her. Sorrelpaw's ears perked up, and her heart sank as she saw Ivyfrost striding purposefully toward her, a determined glint in her eyes. In her mouth, Ivyfrost carried seven birds, their feathers ruffled and their tiny bodies drooping slightly.
"Good morning, Sorrelpaw," Ivyfrost said, her tone unnervingly cheerful. She dropped the birds at her paws and looked down at Sorrelpaw with a mixture of faux sweetness and impatience. "Why are you hiding? Do you not like me anymore?"
Sorrelpaw's eyes widened with fear and confusion. She scrambled to her feet, her belly still feeling heavy from the previous day's ordeal. "No, no, Ivyfrost! I-I love you! I just... I'm still feeling a bit unwell."
Ivyfrost's eyes narrowed slightly, but her smile remained. "Oh, I'm glad to hear that. Then let's make sure you're all better. Eat these birds, and then I want you to burp for me."
Sorrelpaw's stomach churned at the thought. Her small frame trembled as she looked at the pile of birds, but she knew better than to refuse. With shaking paws, she began to eat, each bite feeling like an effort as her belly already felt stretched and uncomfortable from the previous day.
As Sorrelpaw worked her way through the birds, Ivyfrost stood over her, her gaze unwavering. Sorrelpaw tried to force herself to finish, but each swallow seemed to add more pressure to her already full belly. The burps came uncomfortably, each one louder and more strained as she gulped down the food. "Brrrrrppp! Brrraap!"
Finally, after what felt like an eternity, Sorrelpaw lay on her back, her belly distended and heavy. Her eyes filled with tears as she looked up at Ivyfrost, who watched with a mix of satisfaction and impatience.
"Alright, let's get that burp out," Ivyfrost said with a demanding tone. Without warning, she threw herself onto Sorrelpaw's massive belly, pressing down with her full weight. Sorrelpaw's eyes widened in shock, her breath catching in her throat as she felt Ivyfrost's weight compressing her bloated stomach.
A loud, distressed burp burst forth from Sorrelpaw, "Brrraaaaaap!" The sound echoed through the camp, reverberating off the trees. Ivyfrost's weight continued to press down, making Sorrelpaw's belly quiver with each release.
Sorrelpaw's face twisted in pain and discomfort. "P-please, Ivyfrost, it hurts!" she wailed, her voice strained as she tried to cope with the pressure.
Ivyfrost, unmoved, continued to press down, seemingly focused on extracting every last burp from Sorrelpaw. Each burp was followed by more hiccups and whimpers from the tiny kit. "Come on, just a few more," Ivyfrost said, her tone indifferent to Sorrelpaw's suffering.
Finally, after a series of deep, ragged burps, Sorrelpaw's strength gave out. She lay there, sobbing softly, her belly still quivering from the exertion. Ivyfrost lifted herself off Sorrelpaw and looked down with a satisfied but cold expression.
"Good job," Ivyfrost said, as if congratulating Sorrelpaw for completing a task. "Now you can go back to resting. I expect you to be in top shape soon."
Sorrelpaw slowly got up, her belly still sore and her steps unsteady. She made her way back to Iceclaw, who looked at her with concern. Iceclaw's gentle eyes met Sorrelpaw's as she quietly settled back behind him, trying to find comfort once more.
As Ivyfrost walked away, her expression remained unchanged, her satisfaction with Sorrelpaw's compliance evident. She had achieved what she wanted, but the cost was clear in the sad, broken look on Sorrelpaw's face.
Sorrelpaw huddled behind Iceclaw, her tears and hiccups fading into a quiet, sorrowful silence. The burden of Ivyfrost's demands had taken a toll, and as the camp slowly returned to its usual rhythm, Sorrelpaw's heart was heavy with the weight of her painful experience.
