I had just finished talking to Ae's grandparents when I immediately started looking for her, as I had planned earlier. We received some great news from Elle-Juliana had woken up from her coma.

I knew this was wonderful news, especially for Ae. It made me feel a bit jealous, but there was nothing I could do, considering they were best friends.

I only lost focus on finding Ae earlier because her grandparents had blocked my way. Nothing bad happened to my plan, though, especially since I intended to introduce myself as the sole heir of the Royales.

My plan went so well that, even before I could deal with that Potter kid, I found out he had backed out of the deal on his own.

Never mind, I'll return the ten million pesos I took from Ae's grandfather's company, and I'll even triple it. I never really planned to steal from them. I was just bored and wanted to warn them not to give the woman I love to some ape.

"Kenzie, calm down. Maybe Mira and Bianca just stopped somewhere, which is why they're not here yet," Chia tried to reassure me.

"How the hell am I supposed to calm down, Chia? It's been three hours, and they're still not here," I replied seriously, while repeatedly trying to call Ae's phone.

"Damn phone! I can't reach her anymore," I added in frustration.

I don't know why, but I have a bad feeling about this, and damn it, I don't like it.

What's more, I've been finding Bianca a bit strange lately. I've noticed her mood changes from time to time.

It's like she has another personality.

"Why are you still standing here? Why haven't you gone inside yet?" Iris said, now with a smile on her face. "What? Are we just going to keep staring at each other?" she added irritably. Even though I don't usually let anyone boss me around, I just stood up and went inside, consumed with thoughts of where Ae could be.

As much as I wanted to shoot this bossy girl of Chia's because of her attitude, I couldn't do it-especially since she's the cousin of the woman I love and the lover of my friend.

We smiled as we watched Juliana, who seemed stronger and was recovering well, even though she still had a few scratches from the accident.

"Asan si Mira?" She asked us seriously, and the smile that had been on her lips suddenly disappeared when she couldn't see Ae.

I wanted to feel jealous and ask why she was always looking for Ae, but I held myself back and just frowned inwardly.

"Ewan ko ba dun pinauna na sila ni Bianca ni Miss Sanchez, tas ending na una pa si Miss Sanchez sa kanila." Iris's response made both Juliana and me furrow our brows.

"Who said that?" I asked Ae's cousin, who looked at me with confusion.

"Si Bianca Miss sabi niya pa nga na mauna na daw sila ni Mira sa hospital kasi yun ang sabi mo sa kanya, kaya na una na sila ng pinsan ko pumunta dito." Iris explained.

"Iris is right, Kenzie. Miss Tiu told us that you supposedly said Mira should go with her here," my friend said to me.

"What the hell? I never told Bianca that Ae should go with her. I haven't even spoken to that woman," I said, rubbing my face with my hand.

"Hanapin niyo si Mira, fuck!" Juliana spoke loudly, surprising all of us.

"Babi, can you please calm down? You just woke up," Elle said to her partner, though I wasn't sure if they were officially together or what their relationship was.
