The next day, Black and Ethan met in the school courtyard, the air filled with the scent of blooming flowers and the distant sound of students chatting. Ethan was nervous but determined to move forward. He approached Black with a hopeful smile.

"I've been thinking," Ethan began, "about how we can figure things out together. I don't want to rush anything, but I also don't want to leave things hanging. How about we spend more time together and see where things lead?"

Black's heart raced at the suggestion. "I'd like that," he replied. "It's just... I've been feeling a bit overwhelmed. I want to make sure we're both comfortable."

Ethan nodded, understanding Black's hesitation. "Of course. We can take things slowly. How about we start with hanging out more, maybe doing something fun this weekend? I'd love to spend more time with you."
