"That does sound like dad's type of thing."
Presley was in her bathroom getting changed while Dean explained what John was hunting. It was surely a weird phenomenon for men to go missing like that. Whatever spirit this was– if it was one that is, it had it out for those men.
The youngest Winchester was in the middle of washing her makeup off, a sigh leaving her lips. "Dean, if you're digging through my stuff, leave it!" She groaned.
She heard the faintest sound of something being placed back down, a frown growing on her face. "I have to hand it to you kid, you got a great taste in decor. But what's with uh.. All the Harvard shit?" She heard Dean question.
"It's my dream college," She answered. "And if you even care, I'm on track to getting a full ride scholarship to the university."
"Full ride? Sammy, you're hearing this? The kid's got brains just like big brother Sam!" Dean teased.
Presley sighed as she exited the bathroom in a fresh pair of low-rise jeans and a pink tank top. She wasn't even focused on Sam and Dean behind her, instead she was focused on packing up her backpack.
"You don't look surprised, like, at all" The oldest Winchester noted as he looked at Sam. "Wait.. You knew about this whole academic crap didn't you?"
"Yea, he did. Congratulations on putting two and two together, Dean. Now can we please focus on what's important here before I change my mind!" Presley snapped.
She zipped up her backpack after stuffing articles of clothing, her stuffed bear, and a spare pair of shoes. She left everything else in her room untouched, fully expecting to come back.
Dean swallowed hard when Presley pushed past him and into the hall. She fully expected the older Winchester to be more annoyed, but not a single snarky comment was uttered from him. And with that, he and Sam followed Presley back downstairs.
All three of the Winchester siblings were sat on the couch by Bobby as he gave them a good talking to. Telling them to stay safe, don't jump the gun too quickly, and most importantly don't add or subtract to the population.
Presley had given Dean a look, and in return he glared at her. She was going to tell Bobby to repeat that last part, but she held back on it.
"Are you absolutely sure you wanna go, kid?" Bobby asked, and in return Presley gave him a nod of her head.
"I'm absolutely, positively sure Bobby. I'll make sure these two knuckleheads don't get into any trouble!" She hugged her arms around Sam and Dean, and gave the oldest Winchester's arm a pinch making him grimace.
The man shook his head with a chuckle. Presley walked over to Bobby and wrapped her arms tightly around him. "I'll make sure to be careful, I love you" She whispered.
Presley knew that there was no turning back now once she walked out that door. She looked to Sam who gave her a reassuring smile, and then at Dean who didn't even look her way. What a family.
