During the events of Hocus Pokémon - and shortly after finding himself being turned into a Pikachu for the second time in his life: Ash is in the middle of playing a little game of "Hide and Seek" with the other Pokémon to get more used to his new Pikachu body when everything is flipped on its head. In the midst of looking for a good place to hide - he accidentally takes a rong turn and is separated from the others. Now feeling rather panicky, scared, more than a little confused, and on the verge of spiraling into a mental breakdown: The young 10-year-old human-turned-Pokémon sighed shakily, squared his - now her - small shoulders, narrowed her caramel-brown eyes, and held her head up high.

Shaking away any doubt that still clung to her very being: the former human ran even deeper into the forest without so much as a second thought about what she was doing, nor about what might happen as a result of her rash actions: the small, yet lightning-fast (Haha! See what I did there?) Electric-type hurriedly shook out the lingering dirt, twigs, leaves, and whatever else might be stuck in her short golden-yellow pelt before breaking out into a full-out run and gazing up into the sky.

The female Pikachu narrowed her caramel-colored chocolate-brown eyes into a waide, cat-like stare. The harshness of said stare was so intense: almost as if scanning the vast woodsy area around the forest for some sort of trap like some kind of weird daily ritual of some sort. A few more seconds passed by, but nothing interesting seemed to be happening at the moment, and so, the little electric-type mouse Pokémon decided took a to take a chancewhile the coast was clear.

With one last warry look around the large greenery that served as a canopy made entirely our of what looked to be a mix of leaves, cobwebs, and a few rather long, but slender, weird grass-like strands that looked to be covered from each end to the other in a pile of wet, dripping moss that almost appeared like a tarp made from some kind of flowery-bedazzled painting, making it look even more eye-catching with all the oddly-shaped vines in every shade of green available to the eyes of the seer.

Shaking his head to snap himself out of the trance that he had just been subjected to for Arcues knows how long: Ash shook the remaining vestiges of whatever trance was still clinging stubernly to his conciohsness before focousing hhis eyes straight ahead as he sprang forward on his back paws, pinned his ears back against his skull, and sprung up from the forest floor, a trail of sparks dancing along his cheeks as he bolted off in a seemingly random direction faster than a bolt of lightning.

He doesn't stop though - he keeps on going, running deeper and deeper into the forest, unknowingly using Volt Tackle to gain more speed as he paused to catch his breath, brown eyes darting franticly around the dence undergrowth, and ears perked straight up like, making him look kinda like a bunny rabbit with the way they sat on the top of his furry golden-yellow head.

"Hello! Dawn? Brock? Pikachu?" Ash cried out over the treetops, hoping and praying to Arcues that he's find a way out of this eery forest before he either looses his mind, dies of hypothermia (It's the middle of winter in Kanto, and we're in Snowpoint City! The freeking coldest place in Sinnoh for Arcues sake!) well, either that, or knowing his luck, would end up as dinner for some rampaging wild Pokémon! Or, something even worse then dying in the cold, was the fact that the former human boy was currently a wild Pokémon to be caught by anyone passing through the forest.

That could never happen if the snippy female Pikachu had a say in her fate! No way in hell was she gonna be caught by a random trainer who just happened to get to her first! She'd shock the crap outta anybody who dared to approach her that weren't any of her three best friends. And, if the unexpected happened: Ash would rather be torchered by Team Rocket for information on her Pikachu's location then end up as a partner to some bratty in-experienced Pokémon trainer!
