It had been not even a day with my new babysitter--as Riven calls him--and he is already driving me insane. He never sleeps as far as I can tell, and he won't let me do anything without getting Silva's permission. And I wanna be mad at Silva so bad for it, but in some way I understand. He is doing what he thinks is right to protect me, for myself.

Silva's condition had only worsened and he had called me and Sky in earlier to talk about our future without him, but I wasn't here for it. I may be mad at him, but all daughters are mad at their dad sometimes, even if he wasn't my biological dad.

Mrs. Dowling knew what he wanted, but he needed to say bye. But even during his damn goodbye speech, that idiot of a babysitter wouldn't leave the room. He wasn't even getting paid for this! It was just a dumb order!

I had decided right then and there, I would find a way to sneak out. Maybe at 4 am? He had to sleep at some point, right?

My headphones were still working great, I never took them off. My own thoughts were too complicated, thoughts of other people would make me go insane right now.

I sat on the edge of my bed with my headphones around my neck, it was 3 am and everyone was asleep. But the thing I wanted to feel wasn't there, my babysitter wasn't outside my door. I put my hands on the ground and let some electricity go through the floor, seeing if it hit anyone. But the whole hallway was clear, no one was hit by electricity, not on the floor, walls or sealing, and he sure as hell couldn't fly.

"Come on Gabs, it's now or never." I mumbled to myself. It was time I went to kill that burned one, Silva's life was on the line, and Marco's too. '

I quickly changed into some more sporty clothes but not sporty enough that I couldn't sleep in them, so if anyone asked I just came out of bed. It was a smart idea, at least that's what I thought of it.

As I stepped into the hall it was quiet, no sounds, no emotions, no thoughts, no memories. It was a little too quiet if you asked me, I didn't trust it.

My hands went to the floor once again and the electricity went through the whole school, to the exit this time. But there was nothing, no feet on the ground, no hands or feet on the wall and nothing on the sealing either. There was no life in Alfea, but there had never been nothing.

My feet began to move towards the exit, still carefully looking around. The electricity was sent into the school every few seconds, but there was really nothing. As I reached the exit I turned around once more, having a pit in my stomach.

"Come out come out, where ever you are." I said playfully, but no one came. That was that I guess, there was no one here.

I pushed open the door and felt the breeze go through my hair, and over my skin. It was a little cold but I had no choice, it was now or never.

Once I was outside, I sent one more mall jolt of electricity through the outside of the school. Just as I thought the coast was clear, I felt something. Someone climbing the school. At my window?! My legs began to run around the building until I got to my room, and let out a small sigh of relieve. Riven. But then the annoyance of the guy came back, although we did kinda have the same energy.

"Get the fuck down you idiot!" I whisper-screamed at him. He looked down, his usual smirk on his face. He looked unfazed by the height, that was surprising since my room was on the 3rd floor.

"Come on? I put in all this effort, and your not even in your room?" He complains. He roles his eyes and climbs down, and of course he decided to tower right over me, classic Riven.

"Sneaking out without me?" Riven asks sarcastically, while putting his hand over his heart while pretending to be hurt. My eyes rolled and I stepped back, I didn't like looking up to people.
