The night was cool and crisp as Minji prepared for her next kill. Her heart raced with anticipation, a mix of fear and excitement coursing through her. She had spent days researching her target, a man named Lee Heeseung, a corrupt politician known for exploiting the vulnerable. He was everything she despised, a symbol of the injustice that had taken Hanni from her.

Minji had crafted a plan, carefully considering every detail. She would lure him into a false sense of security, then strike when he least expected it. She donned a dark coat, pulling the hood up to shield her face from view. The streets felt alive, buzzing with the energy of the night, as she made her way to the bar where Heeseung frequented.

As she entered the dimly lit establishment, Minji's pulse quickened. The air was thick with the scent of alcohol and smoke, laughter and chatter mixing with the low hum of music. She spotted Heeseung at the far end of the bar, surrounded by a group of admirers. He was larger than life, his charisma drawing people in, unaware of the darkness lurking just beneath the surface.

Minji approached him, her heart pounding in her chest. She played the part of an innocent stranger, striking up a conversation that quickly captivated him. Heeseung was charming, confident, and utterly oblivious to the danger he was in. Minji listened as he boasted about his achievements, the weight of his ego suffocating the air around them.

Hours passed, and the bar began to empty. Minji's mind raced with thoughts of what was to come. She had to remain focused. She had come too far to turn back now.

Finally, the moment arrived. She offered to buy him another drink, a seemingly innocent gesture that would lead him to his demise. As they walked outside together, the cool night air hit them like a slap. Minji led him to a secluded alleyway, her heart pounding with adrenaline.

"Just a moment," she said, her voice steady. "I have something to show you."

Heeseung followed her, his interest piqued. As he stepped further into the darkness, Minji turned, her hand gripping the knife concealed in her coat.

"Surprise," she whispered, as she lunged forward.

The thrill of the kill surged through her, the rush of power washing over her as she plunged the knife into his flesh. Heeseung's eyes widened in shock, disbelief etched across his face as he gasped for breath.

"Hanni sends her regards," Minji said, her voice cold and detached.

As he fell to the ground, Minji felt a twisted satisfaction, a momentary glimpse of the justice she had longed for. She wiped the blade clean, heart racing, the darkness of the alley embracing her, and the hunt had only just begun.
