CROSS POSTED ON ARCHIVEOFOUROWN. This is my first fanfiction for the Harry Potter series so all constructive criticism is appreciated. I originally thought of this idea years ago as a one shot and recently I was inspired by another Scorbus story to expand upon it and continue writing (shoutout to ScorpiusMalfoy148 for inspiring me). I have no idea how the characters got into this situation so I'll leave that up to you to decide until I come up with a scenario then I'll come back and edit this. It's a sort of rewrite of Act 3, Scene 9: the dementor scene but replace Snape with Albus and set it in the original timeline. But anyway without further ado, please enjoy The Corrupted One.
