"So uhm heyyyyy Juno" I said, tryna start a conversation. "You excited for Italian?" Italian was our next class. "I already know Italian" She responded in a cold tone. "Questo posto fa schifo, sinceramente non riesco a credere che avessero nemmeno abbastanza soldi per finanziare un programma italiano". "Woah" I said. I barely pay attention in Italian so I only understood when she said money. "Anyways" I said, still blown away with her Italian skills, "This is our Italian classroom, and our teacher is Mrs. Corman." Juno nodded her head, and we both stepped inside our classroom. Some why, Mrs. Corman dimmed the lights. It hurt my eyes.  After a boring ass period later, it was LUNCH!!!!!!!! The BEST part of the day, even though I had no one to sit with. Ever since 6th grade, my old elementary school friends, Conrad and Ravi decided they were too good for me. To be honest, I still kinda miss them, even if they were totally consumed by generation alpha brainrot. (A/N: aka me :D) Now in 7th grade, Ravi was alone and Conrad was trying too hard for a girlfriend. So I guess trying to be popular didn't work out for them.

After we got dismissed for lunch, I walked up to Juno. "Hey Juno, since your new I figured you probably didn't have anyone to sit with at lunch, so do you wanna sit with me?" I asked holding my breath. She nodded and we sat down at my usual lunch spot, behind the bleachers. I got the school lunch which was a burger, carrots, and a carton of chocolate milk. (A/N: MY SCHOOL DOESN'T HAVE ANY CHOCOLATE MILK! WTF!!!) Juno seemed to have brought lunch from home. It was a sandwich and some Lays BBQ chips. At least I think they were Lays. "Hey Juno" I said. She nodded, just like I had expected. "Is there a reason you don't talk often?" Usually the 7th graders were loud mouths. "No" she actually responded. I haven't heard her talk since I met her earlier. Her voice was still as angelic and I remembered it. "Hey you have a beautiful voice, you should talk more often" I said. I just realized that I had called her voice beautiful, so I did the only logical thing. Turn brighter red than a tomato. "Thank You" Juno said. Then sadly the lunch bell rang. "Dammit it's time for history" I said under my breath.
