The team were at the headquarters as they were looking at the cradle while thinking about everything that has happened until they saw Tony walking towards them and said something.

Tony: Any update on Nat and Alex?

Daniel: Haven't heard. But she's alive, or Ultron'd be rubbing our faces in it.

Nathan: We haven't heard anything from Alex. All he told us before he went radio silent was to get the cradle back to the headquarters and told us not to worry about him.

Kate: I'm worried about them and worried about what Ultron and Daikon will do to them.

Yelena: We're trying our best to locate them but looks like Ultron screwed with our equipment.

Clint: Yeah. Tony, the cradle is sealed tight.

Bruce: We're going to need to access the program, break it down from within.

Tony: Hmmm. Any chance Natasha might leave you a message, outside the internet, old school spy stuff?

Clint: There's some nets I can cast. Yeah, alright. We'll find her.

Tony nodded as Clint along with Kate, Yelena, Daniel and Nathan left the room as Stark and Banner continued speaking to each other.

Bruce: I can work on tissue degeneration, if you can fry whatever operational system Cho implanted.

Tony: Yeah, about that.

Bruce looked at Stark as he realised what he was planning and said something to him.

Bruce: No.

Tony: You have to trust me.

Bruce: Kinda don't.

Tony Stark: Our ally? The guy protecting the military's nuclear codes? I found him.

Stark showed a hologram as it was a 3-D image of JARVIS's consciousness as Banner was shocked.

JARVIS: Hello, Dr. Banner.

Tony: Ultron didn't go after JARVIS cause he was angry. He attacked him because he was scared of what he can do. So JARVIS went underground. Okay? Scattered, dumped his memory. But not his protocols. He didn't even know he was in there, until I pieced him together.

Bruce:. . . . . . . So, you want me to help you put JARVIS into this thing?

Tony: No, of course not! I want to help you put JARVIS in this thing.

Bruce shooks his head as he didn't want to do it until Tony said something to him.

Tony: We're out of my field here. You know bio-organics better than anyone.

Bruce: And you just assume that JARVIS' operational matrix can beat Ultron's?

Tony: JARVIS has been beating him from inside without knowing it. This is the opportunity, we can create Ultron's perfect self, without the homicidal glitches he thinks are his winning personality. We have to.

JARVIS: I believe it's worth a go.

Bruce: No, I'm in a loop! I'm caught in a time loop, this is exactly where it all went wrong.

Tony: I know, I know. I know what everyone's going to say, but they're already saying it. We're mad scientists. We're monsters, buddy. . . . . You gotta own it. Make a stand. It's not a loop. It's the end of the line.

Meanwhile at the construction site, Alex slowly opened his eyes as he saw the site around him as the vigilante slowly got up until he heard someone speaking to him.
