Russian killer with bad past, known on the streets as 'the black blade' but nobody knows who the black blade is. She has long-ish strait dark red hair (normally wore in 2 braids). Her eyes are a beautiful turquoise with long lashes. Her skin always pale. She is a slimmer girl often never taken as her age (she's 17 but she looks younger). She has a heavy Russian accent and speaks in Russian when she gets angry (which is often bc she has a very short temper)

Rachel Smith: She's always talking shit about Roxanne behind her back and has a lil crush on... Oksana
