Loretta

"So did you figure out where the nest is?" I asked in a hushed voice, because who knows who could be listening?

Sitting across from me, is my best friend and partner, Rosalie. She is the cliche tall blonde, blue-eyed beauty.

We have been hunting together for possibly eight or so years. Ever since Bobby made us work on the vampire case.

Today, we are on the verge of finding a vampire nest that is currently on a killing spree in New Orleans. Vampires are our speciality, connsidering that's what brought us together.

"Yeah. So get this, " Rosalie says enthusiastically, leaning forward, "so there is a chain of abandoned places about twenty miles from the city. And considering that vampires love living in abandoned places, that's where we should find the nest."

I nod my head in agreement and lay out a tip for our waitress, when two, very attractive men, one very tall and buff, the other, shorter and is like the male model type of guy.

"Can we ask you ladies a few questions about the mysterious murders?" The taller one says, with pleading eyes.

"Um, y-yeah take a seat" I say as Rosalie and I make room for the two men. The tall one was absolutely stunning. I felt my cheeks getting hot when he sat next to me.

"I'm Agent Spears, this is my partner Agent Aguilara." The short male model guy says, or Agent Spears.

" Have you noticed anything strange things happening lately?" Agent Aguilara says.

"What kind of things?" Rosalie asks. I was to nervous to speak because Agent Aguilara's jawline clouded my thoughts.

Agent Aguilara smiled at me, his dimples showing, which makes my stomach do a little flip.

"Well things like uh, cow mutilations, strange disappearances, or anything like that." Agent Spears says while folding his hands in front of him.

Rosalie and I exchange a worringly glance. I know we are both thinking the same thing. They're hunters.

Rosalie winks subtly at me and extends her left arm across the table as a signal to see if the react. Agent Spears notices and looks at Agent Aguilara suggestively. I think they noticed the sign.

"Actually no we haven't. We are just visiting some cousins." Rosalie lies through her teeth. She's an expert at lying. They both take a small pause and glance at each other. I think they know that we were lying.

"Alright. Thanks anyway." Agent Spears says.

"I, um, never got your name." Agent Aguilara asks me.

"Loretta." I say sweetly.

"Loretta. I like that." He says, smirking. I don't say anything, but I do smile at him. He returned the smile and dimples appeared. They were adorable. This guy is really stunningly perfect.

"I'm Rosalie by the way." She says breaking the awe-struck silence between Agent Aguilara and I.

Agent Spears smiles at Rosalie and nods. Rosalie and I exchange glances. Let's get out of here.

"Uh if you will excuse us, we have to attend an appointment with our cousins." Rosalie presses, the guys let us out of our booth.

We hurry out to our 1966 mustang that sits in the parking lot. Rosalie climbs into the driver side and I into the passenger because naturally, the oldest gets to drive.

I feel around my jacket to make sure I have everything, while Rosalie pulls out of the parking lot.

"Son of a bitch." I mutter. Rosalie looks over to my fear-strucken face and turns down the 80' s classic rock music.

"What is it?" She asks, her eyebrows scrunched together in confusion.

I looked her straight in the eyes with a pang of worry. "The journal. It's gone."

Sam

"Dean listen to me, we have to follow those girls. They were clearly hunters." I say, clenching my jaw.

Dean sighs and looks around the diner, to see if anyone was listening. He turns back to me with an angry look in his eyes.

"Alright Sammy. But we're not going to follow them because you found your long lost love," he says bluntly. I raise my eyebrow at him.

He looks at me, surprised. "What? You didn't think I noticed the way you gave that girl, what's her name? Loretta! That's it. You gave her the puppy eyes Sammy. The godamn puppy eyes."

I clench my jaw at Dean and get up from the booth.

"Let's just go." I say as I walk out of the diner, Dean trailing behind me chuckling.

We followed the girls to a chain of abandoned places about twenty miles or so away from the main city.

"Sam, I really don't know what the hell these girls are doing." Dean states, while watching the girls go from place to place.

I look to my brother and notice him fumbling with his jacket sleeve.

"I found this on the booth seat," I say holding up a journal that Loretta left in the diner. "In the last entry it says they are looking for a vamps nest. Dean it makes sense. The killings and everything. We have to help them somehow." I plead.

Dean shakes his head a little and sighs. He looks over to me, his hands clutching the steering wheel.

"Alright here's the plan. We continue following them until they find the vamp nest. When they go inside, we follow. Like normal." I nod my head in agreement, when I hear angel wings flapping. Cas.

"Hello Dean. Sam." Castiel bluntly acknowledges us from the back seat.

"What the hell Cas? Where have you been?" Dean shouts as he turns around to look at Cas. I just sit there, watching the interaction between the two.

Cas shrugs at Dean. "I've been exploring Earth. Also have been in and out of heaven. Nothing really in particular. I know you've been calling on me. So I'm here to assist you in any way I can."

Dean and I exchange glances. I shrug. Cas could help us with this case. Dean turns back to Cas, pointing a finger.

"Alright. You can help us help these girls we are following, slay a vamps nest." Cas gives Dean a stern look, and all we hear is the flapping of wings.

"Dammit Cas! " Dean says out of anger. "Why does he always do that!?" I chuckle at him and turn my attention back to the girls.

They went into the the fifth abandoned place that night. When they open the door, two vamps jump out. They take out their macheties and chop off the vamps' heads. Loretta looks back, as Rosalie enters the house and Loretta follows suit behind her. I turn to Dean who hasn't noticed what has happened.

"Dean. They've found the nest." We exchange glances before hurridely leaving the Impala, making sure to grab our own macheties.
