NaLu-Misunderstanding

One normal day at Fairy Tail... Wait no theres no normal day in Fairy Tail. Anyway today at FairyTail Natsu was no where to be found. Lucy sat at the bar when gray walked up to her.

"Can you do me a favor?" he asked looking around suspiciously.

"Sure?" Lucy said confusingly.

"Ok, Uh come over here..." gray said and dragged Lucy over to a table.

"G-gray?" Lucy studdered because he has still holding her hand, their fingers intertwined.

"O-ok, i trust you wont tell anyone?" Gray looked around again.

"Tell anyone what?" she paused "Did you hurt Natsu!"

"No, why whould i do that? Wait do you like him" he asked looking at Lucys blushing face.

"Shhhhhhhh!" she too a breath "yes"

"Ok good this wont be as weird as i though." gray spoke.

"What?"

"Willyouletmepracticeaskingoutjuvia?" he said really fast.

Lucy knew exactly what he said. "of course!"

"O-ok"

"Now, lets start"

"W-well, U-um, hi Juvia. will you go out wi-"

"No, redo! More courage!" Lucy shout wispered.

"H-hi Ju-"

"less studering" She protested.

"ok" Gray took a big breath.

Little did they know someone was coming to the guild with flowers adressed to Lucy.

"Juvia, will you go out with me?"

"O-of course!" Lucy hugged gray. "Good job!"

*SLAM*

~Natsu POV~

"will you go out with me?" I heard gray say.

"O-of course" I stood there it was Lucy... I ran out of the door not caring about anything.

I was bringing her flowers. I really thought she liked me...

~3rd Person~

Everyone in the guild got quiet and looked at the door where a bundle of flowers lay.

Mira walked up to the flowers. "It says to Lucy..."

Everyone gasped. Lucy whispered to gray "Do you think who ever had them overheard us?"

Gray nodded "Run... Go find him."

Lucy got up and got the flowers from Mira. "Go get him" Mira whispered as Lucy passed Mira.

Lucy was running and saw someone running further. She finely saw pink hair, she stood there shocked. He stopped when he smelled her with his dragon smell. He turned tears in his eyes that have not flown yet. He then began running again. He faintly heard her scream Natsu but he didn't care she was gone he was too late. He then turned an alleyway and hid. He sat and grabbed his knees bringing them close to his body.

She stared to get closer and turned and saw him.

"Natsu-" She was cut off.

"What" he said holding back the tears.

"Its not what you think..." she said with tears rolling down her cheeks.

"then what is it cause it sure as heck looked like your going out with Gray!" he shouted as a single tear went down his face.

"Were not going out Natsu." she said calmly as she wiped away her tears.

He sat there in shock. "but i heard him ask you..."

"He was practicing to ask Juvia out..." She knelt down to his level. "I only like you" she murmured but he heard it.

The were both blushing. When Natsu looked up she smiled.

He started to stand giving his hand out to help her stand up. When she stood he smashed his lips in to hers. She wrapped her hands around his shoulders deepening the kiss. She pulled away and he gave her a fake pouty face. She handed him the flowers.

"Oh, Hi Natsu." She spoke.

He was confused for a second but then understood and shoved the flowers behind his back. "Hey Lucy. Can I ask you something?" he asked.

"Sure, what is it?"

"W-will you be my girlfriend?"

"Of course" She hugged him. As they stood there in each others embrace. As small blue exceed spoke "They LO-" but a matchmaker Mira put her hand over his mouth.

Too bad they heard Happy and turned the corner to see Mira and Happy running the opposite way. They just laughed and then went back to the guild holding hands. When the guild doors opened everyone stared at the new couple.

The guild erupted in cheers. Everyone ran up to them and carried them to the master. The master looked angry. then he shouted "TIME TO PARTY!" Everyone erupted in cheers again and parted. Half way through the couple slipped out and went to to eat.
