*Blink blink.*

Tony's phone started ringing during a meeting where the matter of James Barnes' admission to Avengers Tower was being discussed. Present at the meeting were: Steve, Clint, Bruce, Natasha, Sam Wilson, and a new recruit, Natalie Roller, who had just been allowed to participate in important discussions. Additionally, Maria Hill and Nick Fury were listening in on the conversation. There were many doubts that were being discussed. There were also many arguments in favor, most of them coming from Captain America. After all, it was about his friend.

*Blink blink.*

Everyone began to notice the missed calls coming to Tony's phone. Irritated, he finally glanced at it. It was Lina—his daughter—calling. It was strange since she never called; she always sent him texts. This time, she had only sent one message:

"It's urgent, answer!" When he saw the message, he immediately jumped out of his chair.

"I'm sorry, this is urgent, I need to take this call," he announced and stepped outside.

"Jarvis, call Lina."

"Yes, Mr. Stark," came the voice from his watch. The girl answered immediately.

"What's going on?" Tony asked.

"You won't believe it," she began, furious.

"Mom just told me she's moving to China with that Brazilian guy!"

"Oh, well, that's great—you'll have the place to yourself."

"Actually, it's not great," she muttered. "She's moving there permanently, and she's selling our apartment because they want to buy a house there. I'll have to move in with you, Dad. I can't handle getting my own place right now. I've got school and unfinished projects."

"When do you want to move in?" Tony asked, resigned by his ex-partner's behavior.

"I don't know, but Mom's leaving next week, and the apartment is already up for sale."

"Be ready tomorrow. My people will come for you and your things," he declared. He couldn't say no to his only daughter, and besides, he always wanted to be as close to her as possible since he didn't get custody of little Lina, even though he had tons of money.

He returned to the meeting.

"Maybe we should take a vote?" Natasha suggested, bored.

Everyone had their say. It was a tie. Only one person remained—Tony, who was lounging in his swivel chair.

"No," he said. "I don't agree."

"Tony, you know how important he is to me," the Captain began, looking confused. "I can't just leave him like this."

"Then buy him an apartment in Brooklyn," Tony waved his hand dismissively. "There's no more room in the Avengers Tower, I'm sorry. My daughter is moving in tomorrow. She'll be taking the west wing apartment."

Natalie, upon hearing this, jumped with joy. She knew that Lina had been going through a tough time lately. She felt relieved that she would have her friend nearby.

"Mr. Stark," Maria Hill spoke up. "It turns out that apartment is a double one. It just has a shared bathroom and hallway."

Tony was taken aback. He hadn't expected his argument to become useless so quickly.

"So what?" Natasha asked playfully.

"Fine," Iron Man sighed heavily. "But I'll be keeping an eye on him..."

Steve could finally breathe a sigh of relief. Everyone left the room. Only Natasha remained, watching the Captain.

"Why the long face?" she asked, crossing her arms over her tight suit.
