There has been no water for two days I am so sickly that I can barely move but I have to find water what ever it takes no matter what

Walking in the boiling hot weather I need water even a drop my lips are almost as cracked as the ground at this point I am crawling I can't pick myself up I am too week even if I tried I would just fall well we are currently crawling along the ground and I see a large building so I pick myself up and run inside but before I could see what it was I fell and I blacked out.........
