=AEVERIE=
I curiously eyed the elven maid who was cleaning my room with a beaming smile on her face. I've been following her with my gaze and she never seem to notice.
'Freya?' when I called on her, only then did she turn her head to look at me.
My brow arched. 'You seem to be a bit giddy today.'
Freya's eyes widened at the sudden realization and became quite flushed. 'I'm sorry dear princess, it's just that.. news have been going around that our prince is back from Rivendell.'
I tilled my head sideways. 'Prince? Prince Legolas?'
'Yes!' exclaimed Freya.
I swallowed. King Thranduil's son is already here. Does he still remember me? Recalling how I met the young handsome prince, briefly, two years ago, it was during my father's birthday celebration then. King Thranduil was there and he brought his son along. I remembered clearly how I thought they were very similar yet quite different in a lot of ways.
'They said there is to be a celebration for the prince tonight as well. Everyone is excited to come, and this will be your first time experiencing how elves celebrate parties too!' Freya mumbled giddily.
I gave out a sweet chuckle.
