My eyes wandered around the room looking for a place, any place to look but there. they stared at me waiting for an Answer what was I supposed to do. My two best friends wanted me too choose between them I couldn't do it I knew trios don't work but I didn't think ours would get destroyed so soon.

Sophia said "elana pick'' with a grin on her face so sure I would pick her... I sighed ready to speak "im sorry Sophia but you did make out with Liam.'' Liam was Trish's crush since yr8 she was crazy in love with him. Trisha was used too getting any boy she looked at but Liam didn't look her way which was why Trisha was so eager to have him.

Sophia didn't look happy and spoke in a harsh tone "are you kidding me elana I didn't expect this bullshit from you'' i didn't know what to say she stormed off and I stood there stunned. It wasn't like I didn't know what to say I knew exactly what I wanted to say but I just couldn't although I really wish I did because that was the day Trisha ahe Sophia declared war.

I looked up at the sky it looked like it was about to rain I checked the time as I walked along the school paths it was three fifty-five, five minutes until detention was over. If it wasn't for Trish yelling at mr Baldwin I would be at home in my primark hello kitty pyjamas and watching desperate housewives for the third time instead im here in the cold waiting for her.

I mumbled angry thoughts as I suddenly felt a strong body push into me, great it was Damien, Damien is Australian and Canadian he has black hair with green eyes and perfect eyebrows he's a typical bad boy, a player, a bully. he doesn't let anyone get in his way, when he wants something he gets it one way or another. Damien may look like one of those typical bad boys who don't care about there grades. despite not caring about anything Damien somehow gets a perfect score on everything he does. Damien is 6'4 he's a hockey player with a large ego

This is Damien

I looked at him for a second or two then finally spoke "where are you going in such a hurry that you can't look where you're going" I looked at him rolling my eyes he spoke in a deep yet attractive voice "I'm escaping detention" he said while scanning me head to toe. Most people were scared of Damien but I was not one of them.

I had seen Damien a few times at parties but we had never spoke before I only knew his name Because him and Miguel were the best hockey players in our school everyone expected them to go big one day. As I looked into his eyes I didn't know I would be making the biggest mistake of my life he finally spoke in that deep yet evil voice "what's ur name" I thought for a few moments should I tell him?

In yr9 there was this girl, Elouise he called her elephant and everyone called her that for years until she Eventually moved schools but if I don't tell him he might think I'm weird and tell everyone.  I sighed "my names elana" he looked at me with confusion and stuttered "e-elima" he said with his Australian accent. After about 5 minutes of us arguing about how to pronounce my name I had given up but Damien had other plans...

"ur name is too hard for me too pronounce but since u wanna act all classy and privileged im gonna call you princess" I rolled my eyes he couldn't possibly be serious. But I was wrong every time Damien would see me he would wink and then say "hi princess" you see Damien was attractive, really attractive so when his group of fan girls saw that Damien was giving me special treatment they weren't happy about it.

It wasn't long until they had an elana hate club.

The bell had finally rung and Trish came running up to me yapping about how much she hates mr Baldwin. To be honest I don't really pay much attention when she talks about useless stuff she started telling me about how she hooked up with this guy last night and how his breath smelt like tuna. Now this is the part where I officially zone out I wasn't shy I just didn't know when to say.

that's when Trisha spotted Sophia she immediately called five of her friends that I didn't know. she followed Sophia until she got into the park, there Sophia was met with 5 girls with masks on infront of her and me and Trisha behind her she was trapped Trisha began to punch and slap Sophia as the five other girl joined in Trish then gave me that look I had two options either to join in or record I didn't wanna hurt Sophia.

so I js pulled out my phone and I hit record even did some fake laughs.  I feel bad for Sophia she didn't deserve this in that moment I could just imagine Sophia getting beat up slowed down and the song all because I liked a boy- by Sabrina carpenter playing. All the girl then ran as they heard someone coming and Trish ran behind them I ran too as I could not afford to get caught as I could get suspended from the team before finials.

I ran quickly but stopped in my Tracks as I hear a quiet yet hopeless voice it was Sophia she whispered in pain and agony "elana please'' she said with a little hope in her voice I couldn't I ran never looking back.
