Recently, Gojo actually had the thought that his student looked a lot like a puppy. Actually, thinking back to the moment they met, Yuta looked like a poor puppy that had lost its owner and was abused by some stupid and cruel high school kids. Gojo basically picked Yuta up and protected him from the Higher ups. To Yuta, Gojo was a benefactor because without his teacher, he was just a cursed child who was forever lost.

Yuta was initially very timid and cowed in fear like a puppy who was still traumatized and unfamiliar with his new home. Gojo gently pushed Yuta's back to help him gradually get used to the sorcerer world. At this time, Yuta was still very scared and clung to Gojo like he was clinging to his new owner because this puppy did not know anyone else around and was still scared, he only knew that Gojo was the only person who was good to him because he was the one pick him up. Every time Yuta goes on a mission, all he really wants is to bring his sensei with him as a talisman. Maki felt very angry because she hated people who were dependent and weak like that, and Panda and Toge liked to tease Yuta for clinging to Gojo.

"Hey Yuta! That's so pathetic, hurry up and finish the mission and then go home. Tsk" Maki pulled Yuta's collar and dragged him along into the curtain to find the cursed spirit,

"Yuta! Do your best! Show off your newly learned swordsmanship! Don't lose to Maki" Gojo waved his hands behind him and shouted exaggeratedly.

"Yuta really looks like Satoru's pet, huh?" Panda commented, rubbing his chin.

"Shake" Toge nodded in agreement and went into the 'curtain' with Panda following Maki and Yuta.

No matter what you say, Gojo-sensei is the strongest. Not only that, he was also Yuta's only support in the beginning, so that kid always felt absolutely safe when he was with sensei.

...

Of course, whether it's Yuta or a puppy, he has to grow up. When Yuta got stronger, he always did everything in his power to help his sensei, looking like a puppy who was always excited to help his owner with housework or shopping.

Yuta no longer wanted to be protected but wanted to bring safety to everyone. Of course, Yuta's clingy state was gone, but that was because both Yuta and Gojo were too busy. Yuta also felt that if he took the initiative to find the teacher, it would cause the teacher's precious time to be wasted on him, so Yuta very restrained. The random meetings at school after finishing their missions were precious times when they got to see each other.

Gojo won't think too much but pat Yuta's head and praise him for doing a great job even though he hasn't heard Yuta tell him what the mission is, because it's Yuta! so the task was certainly completed quickly and neatly by him. At these times, the dog's characteristics appear very clearly.

Every time he saw Yuta obediently lowering his face to let him pat his head, Gojo felt like there were soft ears waving on Yuta's head and a large tail swaying back and forth behind him? The feeling was so realistic that Gojo thought he actually saw a dog's ears and tail.

Yuta did not know anything about his sensei's thoughts but silently smiled happily when his sensei's large and masculine hand gently stroked his head. Yuta really liked being directly touched by his sensei without being blocked by the infinite. The teacher's long fingers curled into the soft black hair and gently rubbed it for a long time. Gojo thought to himself that Yuta's hair had grown a little longer, maybe he should help Yuta cut it back if he had the chance. Gojo looked at Yuta's face that couldn't hide his happiness, sensei's heart pounded and the feeling of happiness also crept into every corner of his heart.

Gojo's hand stayed there for a long time, both of them didn't care how much time had passed, maybe 1 minute or maybe 10 minutes, Yuta closed his eyes as if he was being gently massaged. Gradually, sensei's hand slowly slid down Yuta's cheek and touched the cheek that had soft skin like a mochi. Yuta seems to still be immersed in a happy world without realizing anything strange. Finally, the teacher's hand slid under the student's chin. Gojo gently scratched and caressed Yuta's chin, a small sound came from his student's throat, it sounded very comfortable so Gojo didn't stop.

"Um..m"

After a while, Yuta finally opened his eyes dreamily and blinked a few times. Gojo also noticed something strange and retracted his hand. Gojo wondered if he was looking at it wrong... was it a look of regret for not being caressed again?? Yuta shook his head as if to shake off all the strange thoughts and expressions.

"Sensei! eh? what--What did you just do??"

Gojo squeezed his cheeks like he was seriously thinking about something and hummed.

"Petting my puppy?"

Yuta blushed and opened his mouth but couldn't say anything so he closed his mouth and then angrily murmured a low reproach.

"I'm not a puppy...and I'm not sensei's pet either."

Gojo frowned and used a slightly exaggerated voice as if he was nagging Yuta.

"Ehhh what?? If Yuta is a puppy then you must be my puppy right?? Yuta doesn't want to be sensei's pet? You make me feel so sad"

Yuta frowned in suspicion, why would sensei care about the latter? Obviously the first part is much more important.

"No way! Yuta is supposed to be my puppy, I'm the one who picked you up! I won't give it up to anyone! Not even Maki, Toge, Panda or the first years!"

A few assistant directors passing by heard it and laughed and whispered something to each other. Yuta blushed like a tomato and lightly kicked Gojo's leg. And Yuta's foot actually hit Gojo's foot.

"Sensei! Stop talking, really... okay, if I'm really a puppy then I'll be yours, you don't need to give me to anyone"

Gojo finally stopped using that pitiful show-off look to complain and smiled happily. Yuta could see that his teacher was really happy about this trivial matter so he couldn't continue scolding him but just sighed.

"Sensei, please don't tell my friends and the first years that I said that, okay?"

"I won't tell, I won't tell ehehe"

'You'll definitely tell them...' Yuta groaned in his head.
