Cleveland.
Detroit.
Philadelphia.
Buffalo.
The shows were going by faster than ever. Unfortunately I wasn't able to perform in Cleveland and Detroit, but my voice was back and better by the time we got to Philly. Augustana filled in for me at the two shows I missed.
We're currently in Montreal, Canada. Harry hadn't stopped talking about how he couldn't wait to get here so he could take me out. He even sent Lou on a mission to find a dress for me, but I gave her further instruction to find one that was backless. Since she's the only other person who has seen my tattoo it worked perfectly. Harry had no idea that it showed my back completely and I couldn't wait for him to see it. It was left in a dress bag on the hotel bed with a bouquet of roses from Harry. He had gone out to record in somebody's room.
I pack up my things and a car comes to get me to take me to the bus. It was kind of random when it came to bus versus hotel schedules. I preferred the bus, but last night I guess Harry and I simultaneously decided we'd be in the hotel.
Harry met me in the bus around two in the afternoon. I made us a quick lunch/snack and then we watched Parks and Rec for a little. It's our favorite show right now.
At four, Harry stood up and started packing up some things. He wanted to make our date as cheesy as he possibly could, so he was going to get ready on his bus and come pick me up at five.
Once he leaves I let out a deep sigh and decide to call Lottie in to do my makeup. She happily agrees and she's in my bus within a few minutes. She sits me down in a chair in front of all of her hair and makeup tools.
She starts with my makeup, doing a simple look around my eyes (I told her nothing to extravagant - she learned from Lou so it can be a bit crazy) and then did a bold red on my lips.
She puts my hair up into a bun and sprays all of the loose hairs with hairspray to tame them. We decide on some jewelry and then she takes a snapchat of my makeup for her story and leaves.
I get my dress on and glance at the clock. Harry would arrive any minute. I quickly slip some shoes on and dig through my stuff until I find a clutch.
There's a knock on the bus door and I squeal and start rushing to find my phone. I'm never truly ready when he comes to get me. I swear this happens every time. I always lose something when Harry wants to take me out. He knocks again and I start laughing at my pathetic self.
I run over and open it, smiling and taking a deep breath. "Hey. I can't find my phone. Hold on."
I shut the door and I hear him laugh through it. He opens it up and walks in. "Glad you can still slam a door in my face at two months together."
I stand up straight and look at him. "It hasn't been two months."
His eyes widen. "It hasn't?"
I laugh and shake my head. "Almost, but not quite."
"God it feels like it's been years," he says sarcastically. "When does it end?"
I roll my eyes and playfully flip him off. "Just help me find my phone, please. Don't be a jerk."
He frowns. "I was only kidding, Ave."
"I know," I sigh. "It's whatever."
He catches my wrist with his hand and turns me so I'm facing him. "It's been thirty seconds into our night and I already upset you. I'm sorry, baby."
I smile up at him. "You didn't upset me. I just want to get all my stuff so we can go. I was really looking forward to tonight and my brain is absolutely frazzled."
