where do you start in a story like this? how can you stand and speak about the horrors you've seen, the death....
Mikasa asks herself that every day, you see... Mikasa grew up living with her father And her mother, everything seemed nice but Once she got her Quirk, everything changed.
"Hey Look, It's The Furry"
"that's not nice Monama"
"who said I was trying to be nice"
The boy pushed her down as he ran off with his other friends, she sulked as she walked back home, where her father resided, It was a couple of months when Mikasa's mother had passed away, due to being shot, her mother worked for a hetro-morph agency that helped protect the people with wacked out quirks, but after she died riots flew in and the hetro-morph racism returned, Mikasa's father changed after it, becoming addicted to alcohol, he stayed out later and Left Mikasa to fend for herself. Speaking of witch
"your late"
"sorry daddy....."
"don't say sorry to me, where were you?"
Mikasa stayed quiet, like any 5 year old would be, she was scared, her father was clearly drunk...
"I'm talking to you, where were you?"
"I...I was"
He scowled before raising a hand to her,
"SPEAK MIKASA"
His hand hit her face with his ring cutting her cheek, Blood rushed down it.
"I was with Monama.... h-he was being...m-mean again"
He sat back down and scoffed
"servs' you right, now go to bed and clean your face up"
"yes daddy"
That was the last time her father had hit her, the old lady next door heard the fights abuse and yelling and finally did something about it, the next morning Mikasa had packed her few and walked out with CFS.

Next thing Mikasa knew was her knocking on a door
"why hellOO li'll one"
"h-hello"
The lady led her into her home
"so your Mikasa?"
"yes ma'am"
"well your going to love it here"
that's what they all said to Mikasa, 'you'll love it' 'i'll take good care of you' but every time... just when she trusted them, they gave her up. That had been going on for years, from five to 13, She wondered why, was it her quirk? Did anybody like it, was she alone in this world? oh, how she longed for her mother, her hugs and stories about work, what she did and where she's been, the people she's helped.
she curled up on her bed in the Foster unit
"I miss you"
Just then the warden (or whatever you call the lead Foster person) walked in
"Mikasa, there's someone who's interested in adopting you"
"tell them to go away, and they'd just give me back"
"give them a chance Mikasa, i know things have been hard but-"
"NO I can't keep doing this"
"Mika-"
The door openes to a silver-haired boy
"oh Tetsutetsu we're not ready"
"no it's fine"
The warden nods, walking out leaving the two kids
"hello"
' hi"
"so your my new sister?"
Mikasa frowns
"not for very long"
"how come"
"everyone who takes me in gives me up because of my quirk"
"why? whats wrong with it?"
Mikasa sighs as she stands up, she turns into a orange tabby cat
Mikasa's Quirk: allows her to turn into any animal of her choosing but so far she can turn into any Cat
" THAT'S SO COOL"
"it is"
Mikasa replies as she truns back to herself
"It is, why would anyone give someone up with a quirk like that! you would make a great hero"
"no I wouldn't"
Tetsutetsu softly smiles a bit
"it's better then my quirk that's for sure"
Mikasa looks down, then back to Tetsutetsu
"you really think I can be a hero with my Quirk?"
"Yea! and I'll be one with you, we can team up! stop bad guys and be the best pros!"
And for the first time in years... after her mom's death, her fathers abuse and rejection after rejection, Mikasa smiled.
