~Apollo POV~I was annoyed, to say the least.
Daddy dearest, ever the intelligent one, was forcing us to cut off contact with the demigods.
Holy Hera, the man's ego aggravated me.
And that's saying something, as mine, admittedly, isn't the smallest there could be.
Because, whether I liked it or not, we needed the demigods.
The big three did, Hera did, the peaceful immortals did, I did...
I especially needed Percy Jackson.
My thoughts had been straying to him a lot recently, as I was unoccupied because Zeus doesn't trust me to help strategize.
Rude.
Back to Percy, though.
His entire being just made me want to become mortal again, just so I could be with him.
And I hated my time being mortal.
Okay, that's a little bit of an over exaggeration.
I despised a lot of parts.
I despised not being able to help when the people I loved got in trouble.
Jason, for instance.
When Percy had found out about his death, he just shut down.
Then, he iris-messaged Nico, met up with the son of Hades and stormed the underworld to get Zeus' child back.
Hades is a little traumatized.
Just a teensy bit.
But now Jason was safe and well, so that scary side of Percy had subsided.
Sometimes the demigod frightened me.
And you may be thinking "Hah! Apollo, you're a god! Why are you scared of a mortal who you can smite at any time?"
Well, this mortal could potentially bloodbend.
And after death, a demigod keeps their powers.
So if he died, he would just threaten Hades into letting him come back.
Which in some ways is advantageous, and in others is an absolutely petrifying prospect.

~Percy POV~
I hadn't told anyone other than Nico, yet.
They wouldn't understand.
I had debated informing Annabeth, but she didn't know about Gabe, and I didn't plan on changing that.
The less people who knew about my childhood, the better.
~Flashback (not a bad one, I promise)~
(After the prophecy)
"What. The. Fuck."
"Yeah, that about sums that up, Perce..." Nico muttered.
"Well, excuse m-"
"Shush. Some of the lines don't even make sense. 'Son of Sea Spawn'? You are Sea Spawn - no offense - and you don't have a son."
"Prophecies rarely make sense, Neeks. The fates probably made it to sound like that so it could rhyme better."
"Yeah, okay..."
I sighed.
"Percy, how are you going to handle the sight of him?"
My body froze.
