So, this is an expaination on what happened with Charlie (@average_adam_simp).

Today (September 1st, 2024.) Charlie posted a suicide letter / vent post. 

REASONS WHY:

1st: Their mother

Charlie has an abusive mother, which most of you who are their friends already know. One thing they never mentioned until this post is "i wasnt even supposed to exist, my mom makes sure ik that every day", which was kind of a metaphor talking about how their mother said multiple times (even in front of me) that she always wanted only one child, and that she hates how she couldn't even get a 'normal' second child, but an 'unstable' child (talking about Charlie's mental health issues and schizophrenia).

2nd: Being a 'horrible' friend

Charlie is, not suprisingly, a big overthinker. They often think that I and their other friends hate them, even tho they themself don't have a reason to explain why they think that.

3rd: Mel

In this post, Charlie mentioned a person named "Mel". Mel was one of our friends, who commited this year, and Charlie often feels like it's their fault that she commited.

4th: "First attempt"

In this post, Charlie mentioned "i jst wish my first attempt worked tbh", which is talking about their first suicide attempt, which happened earlier this year. They tried to commit after being bullied for years for their mental health issues, schizophrenia, looks, and a lot of other things, and their first attempt landed them in a hospital for a week.

WHAT HAPPENED:

After I waited for them to answer for a bit (on Wattpad, texts, phone calls and Snapchat), I called their sister, who wasn't with Charlie at the moment. She imediately went to their mom's house, in which Charlie was.

A bit later, I got a phone call from them saying that Charlie is alive, but that they probably won't be online or answer anyone for at least a couple of hours.

This is all I know right now, so sorry that this isn't much but this is all I have to share with you, I litearly don't know anything else.
