Ha yoon (you) was sleeping peacefully, her face buried in lush hair, until her expression suddenly turned stormy. Fear clouded her features as gentle whimpers escaped her chapped lips, and her hands moved with unease.
A carnival bustling with people... they were everywhere, celebrating in all ways...
"Appa, I want that," she said, holding onto a hand as she moved through the crowd, feeling very tiny compared to her surroundings. The curtains of a tent slid apart, revealing a circus with performers giving their all as the audience cheered in joyous chimes. Seemingly out of thin air, a sheet of flame shot across the stage, causing a drastic change in the atmosphere. Joyful voices turned to cries of fear as the flame grew, shooting up the wooden pillars of the tent. The roof heated up, and pieces of cloth aflame fell, sparking smaller fires that aggravated the situation. The air became dense with smoke, making vision a challenge. A hand guided her through the danger, safeguarding her from the treacherous flames as the scorching heat dazed her eyes and mind. Her hand turned sweaty due to the heat, and both of them were trying their best to not let go of each other, but soon it slipped off hers and disappeared from sight.
"YEON-IN AH!" a young male voice yelled, choking on smoke.
The flames caged her from all sides, and an overwhelming sense of fear engulfed her. The sounds of people coughing and their panicked screams became more distant with each passing second. Her vision grew hazy as she helplessly choked on the smoke, suffocating her. Her consciousness slowly slipped away, and she fell to the ground, completely void of it.
Ha yoon startled awake, the rays of moonlight falling on her skin. Disgruntled and disoriented, beads of sweat formed along her hairline and her heart raising, she checked the time. "Only 3:30? Ugh, you gotta be kidding me," she muttered, cursing under her breath. She kicked aside the sheets and got up.

Not too far away, Jeon Jungkook was desperately waiting for the doorbell to ring. Rushing to open the door as it rang, his hopes rising only to realize a few minutes later that the letter he had been anticipatingly waiting for was not there.
"I should have expected it," he thought to himself an indescribable sense of lose consumed him as he missed the presence not those chatty yet witty letters "Maybe, Just maybe it's just a nudge to suggest that he should find her...?"
He was disappointed but a part of him had accepted it; after all, it had been months. He just wished there was a way to find this person.
They always seemed to understand him more than anyone else—sometimes even more than himself. It was queer yet comforting to read those letters. Even though he said he only had the tiniest wish of knowing who wrote them, unknowingly it was growing within him. Evident to others, he was quite oblivious of this fact.
