Kavya was in a white, serene room. Her hazel eyes scanning over the page of the book she was holding, like always a love story. But she could not remember the name of the book and closing the book, she could not see the name either-- only it's white cover. Her scrunched eyes looked up from the book in confusion as she realised the whole room was white.

Is it not too white? And why does the book has no name?

She turned her attention back to the book as she saw the letters fading into nothingness, leaving the yellowish pages all empty. Out of both shock and fear the book slipped from grasp, falling straight on the floor with a loud thud, the pages ruffling because of the strong wind that entered the room suddenly. "What the hell...?" She whispered, half frightened and half confused, when the white door opened, not yet revealing the person behind it, making Kavya go absolutely frantic with fear.

But to her surprise it was Karn, her Karn. A soft pleasing smile spread on her lips even with the fright gnawing at her chest. "I missed you." She let out, taking slow steps towards him and expecting him to take her right into his arms and comfort her about the unnatural surroundings, but he did not. He stepped back, his face suddenly getting covered with a white curtain at the door which she did know existed.

"What happened?" She asked, hurt flashing in her eyes but she was quick to hide it. It was not the time to show her hurt, she must have done something to hurt the man she loves. She tried taking his hand in her but it was pulled away from her grip roughly as he finally stepped out from the shelter of the white silk. "Karn what is happening? I am seriously not understanding anything. You know the letter in the book were fadi-"

"Shut up Kavya. Just. Shut. Up." Karn snarled, his actions hurting Kavya more than anything. In the world of warriors, demons, gods, demigods-- he himself being one-- Karn was her only comfort, her only peace. She knew whenever something goes wrong, this one man would stand by her, holding her arm in his with their fingers intertwined and hearts entangled but her expectations had came crashing at that moment. Before she could say something more he continued.

"You and your nonsense! I am so tired of it. Why do you keep talking huh? Can you not shut up and listen to me for once? Just once?! Is it that hard for you?"

His voice had always been calm and almost hushed, at least in her presence. But he was screaming so loudly at her at that moment, making her eyes water and her fearing that any moment he would hit her. She closed her eyes tightly, restraining her tears from falling and being noticable but she was miserably failing at it. Her heart was shattering, begging Karn to stop screaming at her but her body had gone still, with a single tear rolling down her right cheek.

"Oh and now you are crying? You cannot even handle some truth and you expect to have a relationship with me? Hell, no one would tolerate an annoying girl like you."

Her eyes opened at the sharpness of his words, which somehow felt sharper than the arrows he threw. "Wh-" And again she was cut off by the Surya Putr who simply told her to never contact him again and walk away through the white door, leaving her alone. Leaving her raw, razor sharp emotions to herself which pierced right through her soul, tearing it apart into pieces she never thought was possible.

Her legs had given up, her knees paining and her vision was getting blurry when she realised that the room was closing in on her, suffocating her, caging her. And before she could call out to Krishna, her eyes finally opened.

Kavya looked around in utter fear and sorrow when her eyes finally focused on her reflection in the mirror kept in front of her. Gaining her senses back Kavya realised she was Indraprasth. The same elysian walls and the same mirror with a yellow dupatta hanging off it. I am safe, I am safe. It was just a dream, just a dream.
