Stella tried the gas pedal again, but the spaceship wouldn't budge. Still in a bit of denial, they took a look at the fuel meter, and their large ears drooped. Obviously, they were out of fuel. Despite this, there was still a little bit of electricity in the ship, meaning they could check where they were and what planet they were near.

They opened up the Uninav, which showed that they were in the Orion Spur of the Milky Way Galaxy. In a star system called the "Solar system". They checked to see any nearby planets, and they happened to be right next to a planet called "Earth". They tilted their head slightly, as they didn't recognize that planet, but it didn't matter. The electricity in the ship would eventually run out, and it would be impossible to live on the spaceship.

Even if they were stubborn and stayed despite the circumstances, that big hot star would eventually pull the ship right into it. If Stella knew anything, that's not how they wanted to die. So, after gathering a bit of courage, they put on the pressure suit stored in one of the closets and opened the airlock. They looked back inside the ship, knowing it would be the last time they ever saw it.

Their antennae tingled with anticipation as they looked down at Earth from the spaceship. It looked big enough... they just hoped the pressure suit would protect them from burning up in the atmosphere.

Finally, they just jumped. For a while, they floated in space, but finally decided to let the gravitational pull of Earth bring them in. Minutes turned to hours as they slowly fell to Earth. Turning into their back, they looked back at their spaceship, now far above them. They saw the lights flicker off, signifying that the electricity had run out. Lucky for them, they left before that happened.

Finally, they felt themselves falling faster, and faster. Soon, they were soaring through the atmosphere. Their suit felt quite hot, and they tried to aim for the green parts of Earth, since those were the parts of the planet with land. They flew straight through some fluffy white clouds, which got the entire suit wet. But before they could do anything about it...

CRASH!

They landed.... somewhere. They slowly got up and brushed themselves off. It was a miracle they didn't get severely injured, considering the fall they just took. They took a look around at the alien planet around them. After checking that the air was okay for them to breathe, they took off their suit and had a clearer view of the brand new world around them.

Their tail flicked in curiosity as they listened to strange chirping noises coming from the strange, rough, green blades under their feet, and they looked up massive stalks with collections of green shapes on top of them. Next to them, a bright, orange light shone down from a shorter, less bushy stalk, and small creatures flew around it. They were amazed. What an exotic planet! They felt a cold chill hit their body, likely from the wind. They continued to look around, and finally, they looked up.

The cosmos shone down on them alongside a massive, white rock. They guessed it was Earth's moon. They flicked their tail and squeezed their ears shut, overwhelmed by all the sounds and sights and smells... nonetheless, they started to walk. They didn't know where to go, but they walked, and walked and walked.

The rest of it is quite blurry, but before they knew it, they had shifted into a form to resemble the beings on this planet, and they were sitting in an alleyway, covering their ears as massive metal machines zoomed by, and strange animals made strange barking noises in the distance.

They were terrified, but it was better than dying in a collision with a star. Again, they looked up at the stars. There seemed to be fewer of them, as the bright lights from the place they were in probably outshone them, but they still continued to look at those beautiful stars, their own eyes reflecting their soft, comforting glow. Exhausted, they curled up the best they could and drifted off to sleep.
