In the serene halls of the Spring Palace, Wei Wuxian is trying to take a short walk.
Wei Wuxian's twin pregnancy has him feeling both excited and tired.
Lan Xichen and Lan Wangji, Wei Wuxian's loving alpha husbands, are always at his side, ready to cater to his every need.
Wei Wuxian, his face slightly scrunched up in a show of fatigue, takes two steps forward before dramatically stopping and placing a hand on his lower back.

Wei Wuxian says with a sigh, “Ugh, I’m so tired. I don’t think I can walk any further.”
Lan Xichen, who’s been watching attentively, immediately rushes to his side and he asks, “Wei Wuxian, are you alright? Let me carry you.”
Lan Wangji, who has been quietly observing, also steps forward, he adds, his voice calm but filled with concern, “Let me help too."
Wei Wuxian smiles mischievously. “Oh, really? I suppose if you insist.”
As Lan Xichen and Lan Wangji take turns carrying Wei Wuxian around, Wei Wuxian makes sure to exaggerate his exhaustion.
Wei Wuxian rests his head on their shoulders, and every few steps, he groans a little, making sure to add a dramatic flair to his act.

Lan Xichen, holding Wei Wuxian in his arms, smiles warmly while saying, “Our Little King, You’re getting quite the workout today. I hope you’re not too heavy.”
Wei Wuxian pouts and whines like a baby, “I’m not heavy. You’re just very strong. But if you must know, I feel like I could just fall asleep any moment.”
Lan Wangji, who’s now taking his turn, looks at Wei Wuxian with a soft gaze while uttering, “Wei Wuxian, you should rest. We can carry you as long as you need.”
Wei Wuxian gives a contented sigh and says, “Oh, you both are so sweet. Maybe I’ll just rest for a little while longer.”
Later that day, Wei Wuxian finds reasons to pick minor quarrels during a meal, he deliberately complains about the food, even though it’s his favorite dish.
