Chapter 4: Boarding School & Fights

i woke up all alone in the bed. it took me a couple of seconds to recap on what happened in the last 48 hours. i get up out of harry's bed and go into the bathroom to have a shower. i washed my hair and brushed my teeth. i wrapped the towel around my body and walked to my room to get changed. i didn't feel like getting dressed up and it was quite cold so i ended up putting on jeans and a jumper with ugg boots. as i head downstairs i hear everyone talking.

'morning sleepy head,' harry said coming up to me and giving me a hug.

'morning harry, hey guys,' i looked around the room and noticed that theres a guy that i haven't met yet. must be Harry's friend he was telling me about.

'Gabby, this is my best mate louis, louis this is my twin sister Gabby.' harry introduced us and we said hi to each other.

'i made pancakes so help yourself,' Gemma told me.

'thanks Gem, they smell really good. Anne not home today?' i ask Gemma and harry.

'um don't really know, she wasn't here when we woke up this morning which was early.' harry told me.

'what do you want to do today Gabs?' Gem asked me.

'wait a sec... i thought your sisters name was hannah,' Harry's friend asked him and harry told him to shut up though he still had a confused look on his face.

'my name was hannah but now its Gabby.' i told louis and he nodded his head afraid to ask any other questions after Harry's reaction. he was defiantly being a protectI've brother, which was surprisingly nice. it got quiet all of a sudden so i decided to answer Gems question she asked me.

' i don't know Gem, i wanna do something fun though.' i tell her.

'lets go shopping or the movies?'

'shopping sounds good,' i smile at Gem.

'yeah you'll need quite a bit of clothes for when you start school in the next couple of days,' louis says. harry and Gemma are giving him a death glare now. 'come on, what did i do now? i though school was a safe subject. i just thought you know going to boarding school and all you need a lot of clothes.'

'I'm going to boarding school?' i yell at harry and Gemma.

'woops, was i meant to not say anything.' louis said.

'shut up lou! look Gabby it wont be as bad as you're thinking, you'll have me with you the whole year.' harry tried to explain to me.

'does she hate me that much that she's sending me away?' i whisper though i know they all hear me.

'babe, she loves you trust me. its just that she works away quite a bit and harry and i have always gone to boarding school growing up and on holidays she gets tI'me off work so she can see us. it will kill her to send you away after just getting you back but you want to start your life fresh, which means going to school and plus I'm in uni now so I'm hardly ever home either.' Gemma tries to explain to me.

'so shopping it is then,' i say quietly.

the four of us are walking through the clothes stores making sure to buy clothes that will be warm enough to take with us since school will be through out winter.

'so what is boarding school like?' i ask no one in particular.

'its so much fun! you'll have the best tI'me.' louis says jumping up and down and i smile at his reaction.

'its pretty much like a normal school though after its over at 3, you can do what you want.' harry continues.

'but there is a 10pm curfew on weekdays which sucks and you're not allowed to go into the guys dorm and they're not allowed to go in yours.' Gemma says.
