Ha Yoon read the case file, examining the wound certificates, her blood boiling in defense of the victim. She had a strong opinion against such crimes, and this hatred had always played a significant role in her career choice. She'd wanted answers still wants to clean them out, get rid of them for good.
The sun crawled in as daylight shone through the chink in the curtains, reflecting off the water droplets on the freshly washed dishes. The strong scent of hangover soup filled the air. The atmosphere was quiet except for some slight snores, heavy breathing, rustling of paper, and the ticking of the clock. Suddenly, a soft yawn broke the silence, followed by a few more in succession and the rustling of sheets as the house stirred from deep sleep, soon bustling with life. Everywhere, life was slowly waking up.

Jungkook had been up late, lost in thought while on his phone, and found it difficult to open his eyes.
He soon felt someone getting into his quilt behind him and knew exactly who it was like the back of his hand.
"Yah," Jin said, "GET UP!" yelling the second part into his ears.
"Hyung..." Jungkook whined his voice raspy with sleep, "five more minutes." He already knew what was coming next, as this was not their first rodeo.
"Ok, but I've mad—"
"Breakfast, I know," he said grumpily unwillingly getting off, "but if I'm not getting time, neither are you." He continued, dragging Jin off his bed, causing a thud and a groan.
However, he couldn't hold back his sleep and kept dozing off, his state not helped by the silence. But his drowsiness didn't go unnoticed. The room slowly became noisy and more homely as people started appearing in drips and drabs. Soon they were engaging in their favorite source of entertainment—annoying each other. Their target was Jungkook, who clumsily avoided their bait yet gave away more than they knew before.
