marigold , mint ,and catnip . the only herbs i have and not a lot . i sort them in three piles and walk out to feel the sun on my fur . i look around and see snowclaw and mapletail talking high up  in a tree . i didn't catch what they where saying but i herd wolf and dog and river but i didn't pay atention becuase we are wolfclan by a river but dog i am not sure what that was about but oh well.i look up at the sun , midday . i better get to herb pickig because leaf bare is soon and the days seem so short . 

snowclaw p.o.v 

i watch as thistledream left . that old she cat is alwasy working soon enough she will break a paw .i turn back to my friend mapletail "so mapletail when you become leader will you make me deputy ."i looked up hopfully at her ."ōf course and we will rename this clan ..maybe something like silverclan " silverclan?  "no no maybe even goldclan " i suggested . mapletail nodded . i look down to see eagleclaw , mapletailš crush . he hangs around foxnose way to much  but they aren't mates right? i saw mapletail jump down beside eagleclaw "hello " he looked at her for a moment "hey "he said and turned away to walk off with foxnose. mapletail looked furious and jumped back up "i will become deputy and he will respect me "she growled.

eagleclaw p.o.v 

i felt bad forr acting to mapletail like that but she remind me of maple a she cat who almost killed foxnose . me and foxose where mates . she always been beside me i cna't just leave her for mapletail i hardly know her at all like really . foxnose looked at me "something on your mind ?"she asked  " no no just a little woried about this new clan thing are you sure your father wolfstar picked the right cats we will befriend with 'foxnose laughed "of course mapletail and snowclaw are strong and fit and loyal thistedream knows all about herbs and stuff so yup and the clan will grow as we get more cats in it " she smiled brightly  'i guess so "i walked off beside her 

mapletail p.o.v

i can't belive him uh i haet and love him i lote ( love hate ) him i just er its all foxnoseš falt . she ruined everything my chance for power my chance for love . i let out a angry hiss and looked back at snowclaw " anyways snowclawi will make you deputy if you help me get rid of foxnose "i said quitely . she looked at me suprised "anything for my sis i will make sure i will do it quick and easy i have a plan "she said with a evil smrirk . she would do anything for me and i mean anything , even killing someone . i had a quick any easy plan snowclaw pushes her ino the thunderpath , see quick and easy 

foxnose p.o.v 

i don't understand snowclaw and mapletail i try to be there friend but they always push me away , why? maybe if i talk to them . i watched mapletail and snowclaw talk then snowclaw jumped down, i ran up to her "hello snowclaw "i said friendly . she looked at me with her dark blue eyes  . "hello?" she said a little quite "so why do you and mapletail always sit in that tree ?" i said out of curiousity but then wanted to take it back . what if she didn't what my nose in there bussness . uh stupid stupid . she paused of a second but said something i didn't expect "nothing much just talk  " she said and walked off . i was suprised it wasn't go stick your nose somewhere else , she as always a bit mean in her own way . uh i guess i better go back to my nest its pretty late . i walked back to my own nest and watched out . i couldn't sleep at all and could tell snowclaw and mapletail didn't too
