Natsuki wakes up at 11:00am to a text notification. When checking it, she sees it's from Sayori, yet again.
Cupcakedestroyer31"Heya Nat, wanna come over to hang out?"
"You need homework answers again, don't you?" BestBakerevs
Cupcakedestroyer31 "Yeah I do, but I have the ingredients for cupcakes and we can make cupcakes afterwards :D"
Natsuki chuckled at Sayori's attempt to sweeten the deal. And it was working, she'd love to be baking some cupcakes. It'd be a nice break from college.
"Fine, I'll be over at 6, but the ingredients better be ready" BestBakerevs
Natsuki gets out of bed and stretches. She quickly goes to the bathroom and takes a shower. Then she changes out of her pajamas and into more casual clothes. Quickly making breakfast and grabbing her keys, she's soon out the door and in her truck. She starts driving and quickly stops by a bookstore for "The Portrait of Markov", Yuri's favorite. She quickly goes to the fantasy aisle but can't find it.
"Natsuki?"
Natsuki knows that voice. She freezes for a couple of seconds. It couldn't be her, right? She slowly turns around. Right in front of her is...
"Yuri?"
The purple haired bookworm quickly hugs Natsuki. Which is very unexpected for her. Natsuki awkwardly hugs back. Nothing is said for a solid minute.
"Sorry." Yuri says. "I just got so excited when I saw you and hugged you." She starts moving her arms away.
"It's ok," Natsuki says. "...I missed you."
