hello tick toc tiers! Tommy and Tallulah are back from chime time! Tallulah asked "do you know what time it is tommy?" "oh yes!" answered Tommy "iiiiit's...fly a kite time!" they both delighted as they jumped! "come on! lets go to battersby's shop! a kite competition is starting today!" inquired Tallulah, "yes, yes!" pufferty cheered while barking, when they arrived, they both jumped out of pufferty and go into the shop!
tommy ringed the bell and battersby fall off, frightened, he quickly stand back up while being a little tired , "oh..guitars..o-oh! hello tommy and tallulah!" he greeted, "hey battersby, we need kites for the competition!" tallulah inquired, "I want a red car one!" "and i want the pink filled with flowers!" they both requested, "alright! lets see here.." he grabs the kites they asked for!
after tommy and tallulah ran out of the shop...oh no, its the catalats! they were hiding behind battersby's shop "meow-y! a kite competition? count me in!" purple cat chuckled, "I've got just the invention! the kite-inatior! this kite non then other...its a machine! its goes higher and faster and stronger then any, other, original, kite! meow-hahahahaha!" he smirked and laughed. "purple? isn't that cheating..?" asked blue, "OF COURSE IT IS CHEATING!!" he shouted, "I wanted to be a winner! a famous winner!" said purple, "well that's a stupid plan, they will find out easily, because of how they look, you think they wont know that kite looks...robot-y?" yellow cat added "ill just paint to make it look normal, no big deal!" purple answered, "...your so smart but yet immature.." implied yellow cat.
meanwhile, tommy and tallulah rushed outside flying a kite "wow!" they both amazed "we are absolutely going to win this!" says tallulah, "oh yes!" tommy agreed. purple cat jumped in "oh hello purple cat! are you joining the competition?" asked tallulah "well of course! and I will win!" he answered "okay! if you said so!" said tommy. purple cat fly his kite, he has some kind of switch and turned on, made the kite fly higher and faster, tommy and tallulah stand there shocked that their kite felled off on their heads, "oof!" they both fell off by the kite, "meow-hahahahaha!! see?" he laughed "oh. Tommy, what do we do?!" she asked "i have no idea!"
meanwhile Tooteroo, he seems to fly a kite too! uh oh...the spring chicks are on the loose, distracting Tooteroo! he's really annoyed, but he lost his focus, making the kite fall off, he looked at the screen, disappointed.
the competition has started! "welcome to tickety town's kite competition! the competitors are going to try their hardest to win the highest and fastest kite!" McCoggins greeted with his speaking trumpet! "3...2...GO!" they all fly their kites! "hehe..." purple cat chuckled he used his switch and made it faster and higher! "oh my! looks like purple cat's kite is going higher and faster...that isn't possible isn't it??...well its a competition! i say he is going to win in no time!" mcCoggins spoke in the speaking trumpet, "not on my watch!" implied battersby, he has a kite with big paper wings! he flies higher and closer to purple cats kite-inatior! "oh rats!" he sputtered, when battersby's kite is getting so close, purple made his kite other battersby's, "oh goodness.." he sighed. "meow-hahahaha!" purple cat laughed, tommy lost his focus and his kite fell off! "tommy no!" tallulah gasped, tallulah and purple cat are near each other! and purple cats kite is damaging! "oh rats!!" he gasped, everyone is surprised by his kite, it fell off, shattering to pieces, tallulah got close to the finish line hot balloon...and won!
everyone cheered while purple cat got really jealous. they ran to tallulah "hooray! hooray!" everyone cheered, purple cat slowly walks away until madam au lait noticed "mooo! this isnt a real kite! its mooo-chine!" they all ran to his kite and she was right! everyone shocked, disappointed. "hey...you cheated!' battersby pointed out, everyone looks at the catalats disappointed "haha...well..i- run!" the three catalats ran out, and everyone cheered again! "well my chime timers, you better run before chime time!" madam au lait spoke "oh! the chime time!" tallulah yelped, tommy whistled and pufferty came in! "is it chime time? is it? is it?" he cheered "yes! now come on!"
they hopped in pufferty taking them inside the clock house, the twins got upstairs, they got up in an elevator with tummy's drum and tallulah horn the door opened automaticity taking them to the outside world and played their instruments while pufferty riding his rails around the clockhouse, the screen zoomed out to the outside of the clock shop
