In 4097 the heart of one of the world's most loved cities lies another willed with shadows and secrets. The bustling metropolis of Tokyo, known for its towering skyscrapers, vibrant nightlife and fascinating culture, belies a hidden shadow of crime and corruption.

Deep below the streets and subways, in a world hidden from sight, the shadowy realm of the black market stretches out. It is a home of danger, excitement and addiction, where anything and everything can be bought or sold for just the right price. In this world, the law is a distant memory and the rules are often dictated by those who hold power.

It is a place where people make deals, settle scores and satisfy their deepest urges. It is a world of risk and reward, where the rewards can be great but the consequences can be dehumanizing. But for those who know where to look, have the right connections or power, it can turn into a world for themself. With its own rules, customs and codes. In this underground realm, the boundaries between legal and illegal, moral and immoral, human and inhuman are often blurred. Those who dare enter may find it a thrilling or terrifying surprise.

Although this palace of treachery and gore may seem like some hangout for those who don't wish to live under the law that has controlled them once before, it can be far darker than some "flipped world". Naturally there will always be something that rises victorious, that there is a group that is far more feared than others combined.

No one knew their true identities or motivations, but one thing that was far more than certain was the fact that they never failed to get the job done. They were feared and respected, both in equal measure, and there was no one that dared to cross them. If there is one rule in this society, it is not to come across their presence.

A group known as the 'smiling 60's' or 'S60' for short ruled this shadow of Tokyo under fear. This assassination group consists of 6 people if you can still call them that, they are known and recognized for their unique mask and gloves. They wore a flat white oval mask that looked like it broke around their mouth exposing their lips. The mask had one black oval right eye whilst the left eye had a crystal, each a different color for different members. Their black gloves were tight and thin, yet hard to rip, each hand had a rose design on the tip of their index finger, each in the same color as their crystal.

Blue was a member of S60, she was one of the most notorious assassins in the group. Known to be sadistic and powerful, she always held her reputation higher than all the dead bodies stacked upon each other.

She was a woman of few words but her actions would speak louder than any words ever could, she was a master of her craft having honed skills over her past of martial arts and parkour. She was a true professional with a cold and calculating poise that was the stuff of a legend. Once held in blue's grasp there was no escape, no hope and no light. For Blue was a force of nature, an unstoppable wave of destruction and suffering. Those who fell in her grasp were destined to meet a fate worse than death.

She looked a little mismatched from the other members of S60. Instead of exposing her mouth due to the mask, she wore a black voice-changing mask to make her voice distorted and a loose balaclava hooded black coat that went down to her knees. Barely any one saw her face (even most of the members), the only ones being her older brother Red and her victims in their last moments. Because she covers her skin 24/7 she has become very pale. She has hip long white hair that she ties and tucks in her hood, and a unique shade of blue eyes that practically glow in the dark. Though her sweet look may seem approachable, her presence is a story written by a different author.

Since the black market is far underground, there is no such thing as night or day. Everything is dark and dimly lit with some broken and some bright street lights. It is dirty and hard to breathe, not to mention extremely life threatening to even step foot there. Because of this everyone tends to cover their face, fingerprints and voice to protect their identity. Two things people normally wear is a voice changing mask and gloves. The mask protects both their identity and lungs and the gloves protect their fingerprints from being stolen. So being paranoid about identity theft is quite normal.
