Jo's POV

The last few weeks had been great. Lando had been doing good this season so far and we have not had any incidents with the fans again, which is a huge relief for me.

We are currently on our way to Miami for the next GP. "You okay baby?" I ask Lando who was deep in thought in the seat next to me on the plane. "Yeah." He answered. He laid his head on my shoulder and sighed. "Talk to me Lan." I tell him. "I just really want to impress the team this season, it seems like that is getting harder to do eveyday." He says. "Are you kidding? You are doing great babe, don't be so hard on yourself." I tell him but I can feel him shake his head. "Not good enough, I want to be world champion." He says. "This is the first season in a while that you have a promising car, you are going to make you just need to stay calm and do your job." I tell him. "Yeah, I guess your right." He sighs. "Plus, you have me as a goodluck charm, and I will not dissapoint." I say and hear him laugh. "You always know how to cheer me up." He says giving me a kiss on the cheek. I smile at him and then we decided to watch a movie and get some sleep before the plane lands.

Lando's POV

I watch Jo as she is peacefully sleeping next to me. I could not get any sleep in, I am really stressing about this season, I don't know why, I just feel that I need to prove myself. After a while they announced that we will be landing soon. I gently shake Jo and give her a kiss so that she can wake up. Her eyes fludder open and as soon as her eyes meet mine she smiles gently at me, she is just the cutest. We landed in a sunny Miami and we headed inside the airport, we grabbed our luggage and went over to the VIP waiting area, where we will be waiting for Carlos and Rebecca to arrive.
"I am exhausted, I don't think my body will ever get used to this much travelling." Jo says with a pouty face while walking with her head into my chest. I chuckle and wrap my arms around her. "Luckily work only starts tomorrow, how about we just get a load of snacks and stay in bed watching movies for the rest of the day?" I ask her and her face lights up. "That sounds like exactly what I need, thanks Lan." She says before giving me a kiss. "Can you two get a room." We hear a familiar voice behind us. Jo jumps with excitement and ran over to Rebecca, hugging her. "I can't believe you are happier to see my girlfriend rather than me." Carlos says and rolls his eyes at them and walk over to me. "Give me a hug mate, we need to make them jealous." He says and I just laugh at him, giving him a hug.

Jo's POV

We were all now in the car, on our way to the hotel. "Do you guys want to share a suite with us and Charles?" Rebecca asks. I smile at her, "Yeah, sounds good." I say before I feel Lando squeeze my upper thigh where his hand was resting. "Um, actually, I was thinking me and Jo get our first room, together, we always book different rooms." Lando says blushing a little making me smile. "Yeah, Bec. Leave the younsters, they clearly want some alone time. Sharing a hotel room is the next serious step in the relationship." Carlos says and we all laugh at him.

We finally reach the hotel and book in at reception. As soon as we get to the room, I fall down on the bed. I can hear Lando laughing behind me, falling down right next to me. "Thanks for booking us a room together." I tell him. "Anytime, love." He says and I scoot closer to kiss him. As soon as the kiss starts to deepen, my phone starts vibrating. I groan loudly and pull away from the kiss, Lando just rolling his eyes at me. I sit on the edge of the bed and answer the phone, it's Taylor. "Hey Tay." I say. "Hey Jo. I need to ask you a favour." She says and then I feel Lando wrapping his arms around me from behind and starting to kiss my neck, leaving goosebumps all over my body. "Are you listening?" Taylor asked loudly. I clear my throat, "uhhh, yeah, I'm listening." I stutter. "So I told Logan that I will not be able to attend the GP this weekend, but I actually am going, it's just meant to be a surprise for him. So I am flying in tomorrow morning, will you be able to pick me up at the airport?" She asked while Lando's hands were now roaming my body, and I try my best to keep the moans in. "Yeah sure, just let me know what time and I will be there." I tell her and she continued talking before Lando took the phone out of my hands and brought it up to his ear. "Tay, do you mind if she calls you back in a few?" He says and I can hear her gasp before he hung up. "You didn't need to do that." I say rolling my eyes at him. "Yeah, well, she was interrupting your pleasure." He says with a smirk on his face. "Oh, is that right?" I asked teasingly as I climb onto his lap. He just nods his head before kissing me.

We had out little moment and we were now laying on the bed, both out of breath.
"I love you." He says. "I love you too baby." I say smiling at him.

We ordered room service and spent the entire day in bed, eating and watching movies. It was perfect.
