A new dawn, a day never ending, peace flowed through the cool air and the breeze hitting the leaves making them sway back and forth.

A world was

Shattered

"You can't do anything right can you, your just a worthless little brat" the woman screamed- clearly stressed and frustrated about their conversation- at the girl who just stood with her head down

"mom please let me expl-" but the words were being cut when the woman spoke up once again

"what else is there to explain it's meaningless isn't it, listen you are moving there and there is nothing you can do about it"

her voice now slowly increasing "what do want from me mother, I've done everything humanly possible what else do you want"

it was now the girl's turn to scream her voice cracking as her tears welled up and the back of her throat becoming hard to swallow her saliva, but the woman had other plans

"ever since your father left us we have been in pains, this the only thing you have to do for me, yet you continue to be worthless, can't you just do this" tears started falling from her eyes

"please do this for your father if not me" and with that single word 'father' the girl's resolve was broken her eyes and thoughts became blurry

"okay I'll do it just because of dad" she said making the woman break out into a smile

"now you're thinking, okay so get your things ready you'll be leaving in the next two weeks, understood"

and before the girl could even open her mouth to protest she was left standing on her own while the woman just moved back to what she had been doing

."I can't go there" the girl said conflict waging war on her thoughts 'the decision was too rash the words had been out by the rush of adrenaline right but there's no way of getting it back' the pace became faster 'i have to leave, I have to go, but............I can't meet them not again'

the sudden answer was forced by the words said by her mother,

a knock form the other side of the door brought her thought back to reality when it flew open and her face immideately changed when her eyes raked the room and the agitated girl, knowing why her mother's expression darkened jumped in front of the door

"oh dear you're already started the arrangements I see" the woman once looked through the room before turning around to leave making the girl close the door to her room hastily letting out a breath of relieve,

but her eyes moved towards something placed on her study table, "tickets what are tickets doing here" the girl asked to no one in particular and with that she rushed down the stairs heading for the kitchen where her mother was preparing dinner

"mother did you get me train tickets" she asked and her mother gasped seeing the tickets in her hands and slowly nodded making the girl confused

"y-ye-yes it was for your trip I bought it some weeks ago, it was supposed to be a surprise, now put that down and let's have dinner"

her mother said as she pulled out two dishes and placed them on the table and they munched on their meal savouring the flavour of the delicacy they had in front of them both

"I'm feeling sleepy please dear can you clean up the dishes thanks, love you goodnight" her mother said leaving the girl stunned

"what just happened, did she just say goodnight to me" her heart jumped with joy as she cleaned the dishes feeling giddy

"she really did I'm so happy" she squealed and pranced around the living room in joy before pausing taking note that her mother had gone to bed, making her way back upstairs she rushed into her room ignoring the messy pile of clothes scattered around the room and jumped into bed with hope that her joy won't die as she succumbed to the spell of the moonlight drifting off to sleep

'honey, I'll be back alright take care of the baby for me" the male said kissing his daughter who was staring at him wide eyed before bursting into a fot of giggles making grabby hands towards her father but unfortunately this time he didn't pick her up and just moved to kiss her mother before he had left the house,

"What's wrong speak to me, I was only gone for how many hours, how could this happen, you know what I'm on my way, forget about the trip she's more important than that, I'll be there" the voice mixed with worry and fear ran through the parking lot bolting towards his car and zooming into the direction he had come from in the morning

"Oh that goodness you're here, I just put her down to get her toys and I got back to meet this" the woman frantically explained as the worried male burst through the door, and he rushed to her side immideately trying to calm her down as she was shivering and shaking

"it's okay let's get her to the hospital it's going to be alright okay" the soothing voice finally made everyone relax and they hit the road

"Watch out" a shrill scream followed "nooooooooo, please don't, don't please, nooooo"

"nooooooo" the scream followed and she jumped out of bed breathing heavily "what sort of dream is that"
