The university's administration enforces this rule with an iron fist, aiming to maintain students' academic focus and prevent distractions. However, despite the draconian policies, love finds a way to blossom among the students.

Meanwhile, Alexis Marou Santos, a bright and determined student struggling to make ends meet. Juggling her studies with financial difficulties, and facing challenge of paying her expensive tuition fees. Desperate for a solution, she takes on a secret role as a "Love Keeper". Operating in the shadows, Alexis offers a discreet service to students who wish to pursue their romantic relationships without being caught to the university's strict surveillance.
