Horikemo: "Hey there, long time no see eh? Did you miss me, did you !?"

Horikemo: "Haha~ I'm kidding, it's nice to see a familiar face, did you grow taller or is it just me, have I shrunk?? Oh god I am turning into a old man nooo..."

Horikemo: "Okay, okay some of you might have never seen me before and a good lot of you are aware who I am, doesn't matter either way, I'll be the one to explain how this all works !"

Horikemo: "So, this is a collab oneshot, don't know what that means or how it could work ?"

Horikemo: "Simple! This collab was between I, your favorite god of solitude~ and a good friend of mine being HidenSeeker_ as for how it works, well... I was in charge of creating the first half of the oneshot, meaning I've chosen our heroine and hero, the theme was choosen by A WHEEL OF CHANCEEE, terrifying really, leaving so much up to luck..."

Horikemo: "But yeah, I did the first half and Hiden has done the other half and ending, honestly I'm lucky to have dragged this man out of his grave... or early retirement if you would, to create this with me !" (Hey Hiden if you're reading this, thanks again for agreeing means a lot to me really.)

Horikemo: "With that said, I hope you enjoy this little oneshot of ours and uh... hey you'll figure out when we swapped out one person for the other, if you know one of us better than the other already you'll have a really easy time doing so and even if not it should be obvious with how different we write-..."

*LET'S BEGIN !!*

I never was one to think much about my future, with how the current of life had been moving me constantly there wasn't a reason to, the other members of Problem Solver 68 always kept me going from place to another after all, thus there wasn't much time to contemplate what I'll do in the future, who I'd like to be...

But he was... different from me, he always lived in the moment, smiling brightly with unmatched energy, his optimism like a plague that spread smiles to those around him, I never understood how he could act like this in such dire situations, he told me about Abydos debt and how it was slowly eating away at them, yet he never seemed bothered by it, saying they've always found a way out of their problems.

The first time we met he seemed annoying honestly, so loud, way too loud to handle for me, if a switch clicked in his head he noticed that I didn't seem to enjoy the constant high energy so he became more quiet, reserved and laid back for my sake.

Not once did I think we'd make it this far, back when I was 17 on valentines I'd made up my mind, deciding to confess to him with self made chocolate, using cheap chocolate and materials I poured everything into it, surprisingly enough he accepted without hesitation, smiling brighter than ever the stars that illuminated the night sky; the ones he loved oh so much.

Now that we both were 18 it wasn't long till we'd graduate, I still haven't made up my mind as to what I'll be doing once I'm out, just that no matter what happens, I want to be by his side, when I had a bad day, stressful week or whatever, he would cheer me up in any way he could, surprising me with gifts, taking me out to date, you name it.

There was one thing he loved just as much as me though, his passion so contagious for it I started joining him in... simply watching the stars, even now that's exactly what we were doing.

Sitting on a soft blanket laid upon a patch of grass, we found ourselves on a isolated hill, not many students seemed to go here especially at night, the tree behind us made not only for something to take shelter under in the case of rain or to block the view of other people, but as atmosphere, when a gentle breeze hit the rustling of the leaves combined with the company of someone I hold dear made my heart skip a beat, a feeling I can't explain making me smile slightly.
