Summer - Bahamas
Day 1The sun was high over the crystal-clear waters of the Bahamas, casting a golden hue across the resort's expansive pool. You sat on a lounger, the heat of the day clinging to your skin as you sipped a fruity cocktail, feeling the alcohol slowly work its magic. Your friends were scattered around, laughing and chatting, but your focus was elsewhere.
It all started when she walked by.
She was stunning—a petite brunette with delicate features and an air of confidence that made her impossible to ignore. Sunglasses obscured her eyes, but you could tell she was in her own world, completely unfazed by the stares she was undoubtedly receiving. You couldn't help but be captivated, your gaze following her as she found a spot by the pool. She was alone at first, then joined by a group that had to be her family—there was no mistaking the resemblance.
"Dude, you're staring," your friend teased, nudging your side. You barely registered his voice, your attention fixed on the girl as she removed her sunglasses and reclined on her lounger. Her earphones were in, and she seemed oblivious to everything and everyone around her.
You chuckled nervously, tearing your eyes away, but not for long. Throughout the day, you tried to catch her attention, positioning yourself in her line of sight, hoping for even a glance. But she remained aloof, more interested in soaking up the sun, her slender yet toned body perfectly framed by the bikini she wore.
Her skin had a warm, sun-kissed glow, a hint of a tan beginning to form as she reclined effortlessly on the lounger. Every movement she made was graceful, whether she was adjusting her sunglasses or reaching for her drink, her toned arms flexing subtly. Her legs, defined and smooth, occasionally dipped into the water, glistening as droplets clung to her skin when she emerged from the pool.
Her curves were subtle but undeniably feminine, accentuated by the way her bikini hugged her form. The delicate line of her collarbones and the smooth expanse of her stomach drew your gaze, and you found yourself captivated by the gentle rise and fall of her chest as she breathed in the warm, tropical air.
The sun had dipped lower in the sky, casting long shadows across the resort as you made your way back to your hotel room. The walk was quiet, the buzz of the day still lingering in your mind, but it was overshadowed by thoughts of her—the beautiful brunette by the pool. You couldn't shake the image of her, the way she seemed to effortlessly capture your attention without even trying.
Once inside your room, you let out a breath you didn't realize you were holding. The cool air washed over you, a relief from the day's heat, but it did little to clear your head. You tossed your beach bag onto the bed and flopped down beside it, staring up at the ceiling as your mind replayed the afternoon. Her flawless skin, the way her body moved so naturally, so confidently—it was hard not to get lost in thoughts of her.
Who is she?
The question echoed in your mind. You hadn't seen her with a phone taking pictures or anything that might give you a clue. All you knew was that she was here with a group that looked like family, and she seemed completely disinterested in anyone outside of them.
