nobody's pov jungwon was not having a good night at all, its past 10pm and jay still hasn't shown up, he texted jay multiple times and was left on read, completely ignored.
jungwon chuckled to himself a little bit, he was hurt, and he felt stupid...but for some reason he didn't know, he kins expected it?
it seemed like jungwon had a specific type.
jerks.
"hm" jungwon huffed and got up, he needed some fresh air anyways.
taking his jacket, he put it on and slipped on his shoes before leaving his house.
with his headphones on, he walked on the semi empty street alone, he waved at familiar faces as people walked by, thinking about what jay could possibly be doing right now, bopping his head until he got to the main road.
jungwon stood at the stop light until he realised he hadn't eaten since sunoo had left so his belly began to make rather embarrassing noises.
"there should be a burger place nearby..." he mumbled before crossing the street.
jungwon walked about 7 minutes before he made it to another street with nearby apartment building and small fast food shop.
when he saw the food place next to one of the apartment buildings, he was ready to cross the road over to it but just then a car pulled up in front of the apartments.
jungwon didnt pay it any mind until he saw that it was jay who stepped out of the familiar car.
quickly jungwon hid behind a near tree to watch the elder in suspicion.
"what is he doing here...?"
as he watched jay, he saw the door on the passenger side suddenly open up.
"wait..." jungwon mumbled, waiting to see who would step out.
just then a blonde girl stepped out with a smile, his heart thumped in his chest, 'who is that?' he thought as he watched as the girl moves to the back doors of the car, opening and reaching to lift something out of it.
"what the fuck?!" jungwon whispered shouted as he saw the woman take out a sleeping child, then jay walked around the car to give her a small hug, jungwon could read jay's lips, but his heart still burned when they both let out a laugh.
jungwon sighed, without being seen he found himself back at the main road, frowning deeply when a sad song began playing in his head phones.
"i wonder if sunoo's having a good night?" jungwon's mind wandered to his best friend, the only person he seemed to have in his life.
pulling out his phone he pressed onto sunoo's contact.
he waited a few seconds until it was answered, "sunoo?"
there was some shuffling and a distant voice until someone answered, "hello?"
jungwons frown deepened when he was met with the sound of an unwanted australian accent, "where is sunoo" he answered harshly, why the hell does he have HIS bestfriends phone.
"um, sleeping on my couch...?" jake answered which troubled jungwon even more, why was sunoo at his house? are they having some type of sleepover? suoo never mentioned that.
"why, did you do something to him?" jungwon got defensive, "uh, no, he drank a little to much and ended up wanting to sleep over at my house, did you have a message for him? i can-"
jungwon hung up before jake could answer, fists tightening around his phone.
why dont things go his way?!
"jungwon?"
"niki?" jungwon raised his brow when he heard the younger call his name, looking over onto his arm was a familiar girl.
what was her name again?
daisy?
no.
daniella?
hm...no
oh- uh
deasha!
"what are you doing out here?" jungwon looked between the two who held onto each other smiling. "oh, we're on a date, just came back from the movies" he smiled, pointing the to the popcorn in the curly haired girls hands.
"what are you doing out here though? all alone" niki said with a concerned expression, but they just bothered jungwon even more, why would this cheater care?
and it also annoyed him that he was so troubled by seeing the couple with each other, looking around he noticed that the romance seemed to be everywhere.
so not only was he stood up by jay, he was also finding out that jay had some type of secret family, now his best friend at someone else's house for the night, and the same guy that cheated on him only a few years ago was now standing in front of him with someone else.
