Description
This series follows Josiah Inglis at Saint Mary's College (SMC), an all-boys school in Vigie, Castries, Saint Lucia, acclaimed as the island's top institution. The main storyline delves into Josiah's growing crush on a fellow student, leading to heartfelt confessions and much more 😏 (sorry!). Each tale captures Josiah's everyday adventures at SMC, unfolding in real time. You'll soon get accustomed to this format as you read on.
About The Main Character
Josiah Inglis is an outstanding student, achieving the highest score in the CPEA exam across all participating countries. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic's online classes, he thrived and received multiple scholarships. Beyond academics, Josiah is a multifaceted talent, excelling in acting, animation, coding, dancing, drawing, singing, sports, and music, and more, but his true passion lies in video games. He's kind-hearted and easily makes friends, though he occasionally endures teasing and bullying common among his peers. Nevertheless, he stands his ground confidently. Reserved yet well-groomed, Josiah has a lean physique and light brown skin that complements his striking good looks, though he modestly shies away from acknowledging it. He wears glasses to appear less intimidating, highlighting his unique perspective. More about him will unfold in the stories, with some aspects subject to change.
Disclaimer
As already mentioned, these stories unfold in a Caribbean school, reflecting the area's rich linguistic diversity. They may contain local dialect terms and potentially inappropriate content; reader discretion is advised. The storyline includes various timeskips in no specific order. A glossary will be provided to help those unfamiliar with certain terms, enhancing understanding and enjoyment. While some phrases may be clearer to outsiders, I will provide explanations when necessary. Keep in mind that the dialect predominantly appears in the non-narrative sections.
