Their word is law, and their decisions are absolute. No one questions their authority, for to do so is to invite swift and lethal consequences.

Adherence to a strict code of conduct is paramount within the Syndicate Directorate. Disobeying its rules brands one as a "sinner," marked for death by the world's top assassins. These rules include never shedding blood within the sanctity of Syndicate Sanctuary, never challenging the decisions of the Masters, never aiding a sinner, and never violating any rule set forth by the Syndicate Directorate.

In this world of shadows and secrets, loyalty and obedience are the currency of survival. Those who dare to defy the Syndicate Directorate do so at their own peril, for in the game of power, there are no second chances.

At the forefront of the American mafia hierarchy and holding the esteemed position as the fourth most influential mafia family globally stands the Ferrara Family. Headed by the formidable Vincenzo Ferrara, their stronghold resides in the heart of New York City. However, their reign is not unchallenged, as they find themselves locked in a bitter rivalry with the Tomino Family, their closest adversaries in the underworld. Leading the Tomino Family is George Tomino, a figure as imposing as his Ferraran counterpart.

The dichotomy between the two families is stark: while the Ferraras delve into all manner of illicit activities, from drug trafficking to organ smuggling, the Tominos operate with a semblance of morality amidst the chaos of their criminal enterprises. Their primary focus lies in the trafficking of narcotics, supplemented by the operation of lavish casinos that serve as fronts for their nefarious dealings.

Despite their differences, a certain code of conduct governs the actions of both families. For instance, while the Ferraras resort to kidnapping the destitute to meet their demands for organ trafficking, the Tominos abstain from such abhorrent practices. However, the Syndicate Directorate, the overseeing body of global criminal syndicates, remains indifferent to the issue, neither condoning nor actively opposing the trade in human organs.
