They were about to unplug the machine
while me and Malicai sat there looking at the floor dumbfounded
we got up to walk out but before we could touch the door we heard faint heartbeats
we snapped our heads around to see that Lee's heart was beating
the means she isn't dead
Both Mali and I rushed toward towards her table
her eyes then shot opened as she looked around the room
"where am I ?" she asked
"yuh deh a the hospital everything ago good babes" I said to her giving her a kiss on her lips
Malicai was just staring at her for a few minutes before hugging her
"love yuh a swear mi nah mek nuhn happen to yuh again" He said still hugging her
The doors then opened and the nurse walked in
"Mr. Rhodes I would like to speak to you privately please" she said
I got up and walked out with her
"weh yah seh now?" I asked
"We ran some test and I turns out that she developed PCOS otherwise known as Polycystic Ovary Syndrome ."

"So can it be cured or what?"
"Unfortunately it can't, also It might lower her chances of having children" The nurse said with remorse in her eyes
"Thanks for a heads up" I said walking back to the room
the both turned their heads to look at me but I looked at the floor while I walked over to the chair and sat down staring at nothing in particular
"wah dem seh?" Malicai asked me
"PCOS" was all I said
I looked up at her and saw that she was crying
"so that mean My chnaces of having children are zero?" she asked
and I only nodded my head
"come tek yuh picture and bring yuh home" Mali said changing the topic
"okay" she said now smiling
After taking her picture she finally spoke
"where's Tei?" she asked Mali
"she deh overseas she a come down tomorrow cause she wah come look fi yuh" he said
"cya wait, yuh know how long mi no see har" she let out a shriek
"Come on man yuh love mek noise too much" I said as I walked out both walked out behind me
Mali went into his car and drove out
both Lee and I got in the same car and drove towards my house
"am sorry that I won't be able to give you a child" she said looking straight
"It good mi ago love yuh either ways" I said using my finger to turn her head to me as I kissed her lips
we both then drove in silence all the way home
"stay here" I said was I parked the car opening my door

I walked around to her door opening it for her
