Chapter 1 - Where did she Go?!?!

Natsu POV

I was walking my way to Luce's apartment so I could snuggle up with her in her bed.

"She does get cold." I thought aloud.

"You loooovvveeee her!" Happy said in my ear.

"Do Not!" Yeah right, like I would like Luce? That's ridicules! Right?

"Haha I knew it! You L.O.V.E her!" Happy yelled, again, in my ear!

"If it will make you shut up, then, yes I L.I.K.E her. Happy, Happy?"(See what I did there)

"Yes. Very much so." Happy said with a devilish look in his eyes.

Before I knew it,we were at Lucy's apartment. I jumped through the window she ALWAYS has open. As soon as I get into her bed I realize some thing....LUCY'S NOT HERE! Maybe she went to the guild early? Everything in her apartment is the same, but she's not here! Ok, so I'll go check the guild. She WILL be there. I hope.

"Happy, come on, Lucy's not here. We should go check the guild." I say with concern. I mean she is my best friend and partner.

"What!?" Happy said. "Do you think that something happened? What if all the times she's left the window open finally took it's toll on her?!?!?"

"Don't say that! Luce is strong!" I yelled at Happy.

"I'm sorry." Happy said, sadness laced his voice.

" Oh, sorry Happy, didn't mean to make you sad. I'm just worried." I said as I cradled him and before we knew it we were at the guild.
I kicked the door open.

"Hey, is Luce here?" Mira and a couple others were there.

"I haven't seen her, why?" Mira asked in her 'match-maker' mode.

"Well I went to her house so I could sleep with her, and she wasn't there!!" I yelled.

"You w-wanna sleep with Lucy!" Lisanna said. She looked a little sad.

"Yes, of course! Her bed is so fluffy!" I said.

"It really is comfortable! It's so soft!" Gray yelled.

"Why won't you sleep in my bed, Gray-sama!?!?" Juvia said.

"Because I don't like you in that way." Gary said cold hearted.

"I smell her here. Where is she!?!?" I said.

"I think Bunny Girl came in early. She looked 'bout in tears. All she did was run up to Master's office, and she hasn't came out." Gajeel said.

"I didn't see her." Mira said.

"So I'm going to Master's office." I said.
I went up the stairs, and knocked on it.

"C-come i-in." Master said. I could hear and smell tears. When I went in, I saw Master in his chair behind his paperwork. I didn't see any Lucy anywhere.

"Master, did Lucy come in earlier?" I asked then I smelled more tears.

"Wait till everyone is here, then I'll tell." Master said.

"Yes, Master." I said and stepped out of his office. Laxus was standing there.

"You should go before it's too late." he said and ran off somewhere. What did he mean?
