France,1669

A young man looked at the wooden door awaiting for the bride arrival. The crowd was silent but anyone there were clearly excited. A wedding day at all senses was a special day indeed and a good reason to feel happy.
As the bride arrived into the church was the man captured by her beauty in an instant. Her beautiful fairy dress, her blonde straight hair that she had in a loosened bun was a sight to behold. She would had been mistaken as a fairy if not for her round ears and lack of wings or for her average size.

Since the moment she had stepped into the church were his eyes glued upon her, his gaze never wavering from her as she approached the altar. Her father that brought her upon there, quickly walked to his assigned seat next to his wife. There He watched his daughter to finally Bloom into someone else's wife. The young man that stared at her before, witnessed as she took the hand of her lover beside her at the house of god. Both of their gazes never left one another.

It was too perfect, to peaceful that no one could even destroy such a Harmonie. Not even someone who has to witness his first loves wedding. The man we talk about, is not the groom. Nor was he ever considered as a love intrest, but rather a best friend of the bride, Tirana. A name as beautiful as her, truly fitting.
Next to her, her soon to be husband Zach Delgardo. A high Ranking nobleman, with a status as bad as it gets. He was known to be a black sheep in every social gathering. A true troublemaker, that now is ready to settle down in peace with his beloved. Though no one believes that will come true.

It broke the heart of this young man that watched afar. He couldn't understand why she chosed someone that she bonded with so briefly, when he had been there for her their whole life. It's... unfair. But who is he to tell her what she has to do or to feel? He was just happy to be near her, to even have the privilege to be her friend and now he wished that he had been a little more selfish. Vows were spoken, smiles were exchanges and a broken heart was sealed. A good day to feel some pain. Well atleast for him it felt this way.

Now that they are officially wife and husband he couldnt do much anymore. She chosed him, it was her choice. It's saddened, yeah. But what can he do? He has no chance to win her over anymore. So he chosed to be silent about his feelings for her. About his sadness, his frustration and his anger against himself and the groom. There's nothing to be done.

They sealed it with a kiss and the crowd stood up in joy. Some were even crying while they screamed their congrats. Only he stood there with a cold, unreadable gaze. His mind was sharp but his feelings were bothersome. He looked around, observing the crowd that proudly stood there as if they witnessed the greatest thing in history. He wanted to scream and destroy everything withing his path if he had just the guts to do so. Although it would only worsened things, so he just looked around anywhere but at the couple.

As he looked to the side, he found his gaze drawn to a woman in a Red dress. Her hair as brown as dirt but she had locks like soft waves from the ocean. Her makeup wasn't too much but not too little to not had noticed it. Her dress wasn't the kind that a regular noblewoman wore. But if someone didn't knew better, would they really assume that this woman was normal?

Gabrielle Lè Rosie. The one and only woman that is known for her ruthless temper and fondness for the groom. To think she was invited isn't the most pleasant surprise if you didn't want some Drama. She was made for any attention seeking or to cause anything that isn't lady-like. Some would even say that she's secretly a man in woman clothes. Even so it didn't change the fact that she lost her crush to Tirana. A woman that is the complete opposite as her.

It was hard to read her expression and it was hard to look more into her behaviour at the after party. 'Why does she look so calm?', he thought to himself. Normally she would had thrown a whole scene at this, yet here she is chatting with other nobles. Was he the only one feeling this way?

He took a glass of alcohol and took a sip of it. His gaze was just wandering around as some group of ladies approached him.
"Greetings Lord Allard. It's such a nice weather to hold such an meaningful event, wouldn't you agree so, my lord?", spoke one of the ladies with a soft tone. The other ones agreed so, trying to make some smalltalk with him, as he just rolled his eyes without them noticing. Then after some more talking he had enough.
He spoke in a stern yet polite tone "If my ladies excuse me, I have some Business to attend to" he smiled, politely.
The ladies were taken aback by his tone, yet swayed by his smile as they just said their goodbyes to him.

He did walked to the exist, leaving the party without anyones knowing. Normally no noblewoman would had approached him, knowing that he had only eyes for one and only and becouse of that he had always politely refused other womans attempts of flirting. But now that he was "available" again, they tried to shoot their shot at him again. He won't be intrested in anyone for some time now.

That's what he promised to himself. After all, all he has now were his duties as an heir of his family and a broken heart. To deal with it, means to deal with himself. It will take alot of times but he was ready to give it his best. For that to happen, he had joined the war against Germany for the next 5 years.
