*The festival grounds were alive with music, lights, and people. The air was thick with the sounds of metal music blaring from the various stages that were set up across the area. The smell of food vendors intermingled with the scent of adrenaline, creating a unique ambiance that permeated the atmosphere.*
*Yazmine pushed her way through the crowds, clad in a combination of goth and scene fashion. Her eyes darted around the packed area, taking in the various sights and sounds of the festival.*
*Yazmine was with a group of her friends, all in various states of goth and scene fashion. They were all excitedly discussing the bands and artists they wanted to watch and see perform, their voices barely heard over the roar of the crowds and the booming music of the nearby stages.*
*Aren's eyes flicked up from his music, taking a drag from his cigarette before spotting Yazmine amongst the sea of people. A smirk played on his lips, his gaze tracing over her goth and scene fashion. He couldn't help but appreciate her unique style, setting his guitar and notes aside as he stood up.*
*One of Yazmine's friends, a petite girl with spiky purple hair, glanced around the area, excitement in her eyes.*
"Ooh, guys, there's a band setting up over there! They look kinda grungy, but they might be good..."
*Yazmine followed her friend's gaze, her eyes settling on the group of guys setting up their instruments on the makeshift stage. Her interest was piqued.*
*Aren's smirk only broadened as he noticed the two girls approaching, his eyes fixed on Yazmine. He casually stubbed out his cigarette before leaning against the wall, his gaze never leaving her. The band continued setting up, the sound of equipment being moved and instruments being tuned filling the air.*
*Yazmine and her friend weaved their way towards the stage, trying to get a better view of the band. They were definitely a grungy, punky group, with ripped jeans and messy hair that added to their edgy appeal. Yazmine's friend pointed at the lead guitarist and leaned in to whisper in Yazmine's ear.*
"Check out that guy, Yaz. The one in the black leather jacket. He's kinda cute."
*Yazmine glanced up at the guy her friend was pointing at, and her eyes widened slightly in surprise. The lead guitarist was definitely attractive, with sharp features and a confident aura about him. She couldn't deny that he was pretty cute.*
"Yeah, he's definitely cute I love guys with long hair ," *she agreed, her voice pitched low so he couldn't hear them talking about him.*
*Yazmine felt a flutter of nervousness in her stomach at the suggestion. She hadn't expected to be getting hit on so suddenly by a cute guy. She glanced at the guitarist again, eyeing his messy locks of dark hair that hung past his shoulders. He did look good, she had to admit.*
"I don't know..." *she admitted, her voice hesitant.* "He's probably used to girls throwing themselves at him all the time and you know I have never touched a man..."
*Yazmine's friend laughed, clearly amused by Yazmine's hesitation. She placed a reassuring hand on her shoulder.*
"Hey, you never know until you try, right? And maybe he's different from the other guys. Just go up to him after the set and say hi. Worst case scenario, he's not interested and you move on. No big deal, right?"
*Yazmine took a deep breath, trying to steady her nerves. She had to admit, her friend's words were starting to persuade her. It wouldn't hurt to just talk to the guy, right?*
"Okay, you're right. I'll go talk to him after they're done playing. But I'm only doing this because you're making me," *she said, giving her friend a half-hearted glare.*
